“I trust the USPS to deliver my mail on time about as much as I trust a rest stop bathroom. With that being said, I drive 15 minutes from Northlake to use this post office. This Post Office is much easier to access than Argyle, and the staff is kind and helpful.”
“One thing that I appreciate in this world is when someone is kind towards me for no reason. Cindy did an amazing job today assisting me with shipping my college-aged daughter’s - very much needed - winter coat. I was honestly expecting to be a hassle or an inconvenience - to say the least! Without hesitation, Cindy took the time to find a box that fit my package and was just quite honestly ——- the most graceful part of my day today!!! “The postal workers are so nice. I have seen so many people go in and treat them like garbage. I have been shocked twice. There is no amount of money in the world worth being treated so poorly. It’s a small post office. People need to calm down and respect one another. Do better people!”

“I came into the post office yesterday to pick up a flat rate box and the customer service was outstanding. Today I went to mail it off and I was greeted with a smile, the place was clean, I didn’t stand in line long, and the customer service was great. He was very patient with everyone and very respectful. This was my first visit here since moving to the area and this has been the best post office visit I have had in a very long time. I no longer dread dealing with rude employees with poor customer service!”
