“Everyone is very kind and helpful! Carolyn and Cindy are both so sweet I dont understand how they have bad reviews! Give kindness and you will receive kindness… I often come in on Monday’s when they are pretty busy and those two women and the man that works (I can’t remember his name) they get through the line pretty quickly and they always remember my sons name and say hello to him. He gets excited to go to the post office. I’ve always had a great experience with the staff!!”

John should be promoted to the postmaster position. All the people working there should be replaced. And the only reason I am given it a 5 star is because of John.”

“I came into the post office yesterday to pick up a flat rate box and the customer service was outstanding. Today I went to mail it off and I was greeted with a smile, the place was clean, I didn’t stand in line long, and the customer service was great. He was very patient with everyone and very respectful. This was my first visit here since moving to the area and this has been the best post office visit I have had in a very long time. I no longer dread dealing with rude employees with poor customer service!”
