“Renting a space was pretty easy for this tech unsavy person. The representatives were all friendly and professional. The Justin, TX facility was very clean and seemed to be well managed. I might suggest a speed sign as I had a big pickup race by my bay at highway speed. I doubt he would have been able to do an emergency stop on the pea gravel plus he boiled an unnecessary amount of dust into the air.”

He even waited for us to make a trip home and then back because we couldn't fit it all in one trip. It was basically closing time by then and he never tried to rush us out, he just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed! Beni is an asset to this company and I will continue to come back here because of him if I need any more moving supplies!”

“My experience with M/Mini was GREAT! I would use them again, and not even have to price shop. Ordering the M/Mini was easy, they delivered on the day i requested, and even shared a promotional price unprovoked for my area. I was impressed with the ordering, then delivery came,,,, It was even better, the driver was friendly, appreciative and put it down exactly where we needed it. Additionally the driver noticed that it had a wiggle due to my driveway slope, so he went back to the truck and shimmed it up with a board for a solid foundation. Totally satisfied with this service.The only thing I could suggest to M/Mini is to bill on a 30 day cycle and not 28. This can be tricky if you don't watch your days. Wish this would change for residential customers for sure. We under$tand why you do it!”
