“I have been going to Discount tire in Haslet for 5 years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. The folks are very friendly, polite and helpful. These days it seems like a lot of people have an I don't care attitude when you visit their establishment but not true of these folks. Everyone I've dealt with have can do attitudes and make a point of making me feel they appreciate my business. I have recently moved away from Haslet but still come back here for service even though there is another store closer to me now.”

Separate from Cody though, another worker - I apologize, I didn't get the other person's name - I would advise a little more tact and grace when people are on an important phone call, and you need to ask them to leave. Kind of crass and ill-mannered.”

Once they got the truck in a bay it was almost like watching a NASCAR pit crew swap out wheels and tires. Will definitely keep coming back for anything related to wheels and tires.”
