Amazing quality clothes with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Line 10 people deep, 5 employees behind the counter talking bad about other customers and look mad about life constantly. Not sure who does the hiring but sheesh.

I always love coming to this Aerie store. The staff seem genuinely happy to help with any questions I may have or something I'm looking for. I have done plenty of returns and exchanges with no issues. Shout out to Nia who is always available to help! This is my go to Aerie store in the Houston area.
