“This store is located in between entrance 2 and 3. So easy to find them. I have been coming into this location for several years.
For the most part it’s always organized, but I know how hard it is so keep a clothing store tidy when they are busy.
They always have a good selection, pretty much what you find on the website. The only problem that I typically have is they tend to carry a lot of the large sizes and not so much of the petite sizes. It could be a coincidence too.
I think it’s worth it visiting this location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.”

“Where do I begin? Aisha Walker has demonstrated exceptional skill as a representative of Ralph Lauren. Whenever I have an event, she makes sure I am styled and ready with the perfect outfit. She goes above and beyond by educating me about statement pieces and the history behind Ralph Lauren, including the meaning of “1967” and the number “3.” She also keeps me informed about new arrivals and upcoming sales.
I especially want to thank Aisha for helping with my Fourth of July birthday party, which had a “POLO” theme. She assisted me with purchasing more than 27 Polo shirts for my family and me, personally helping everyone—from toddlers to seniors—find the correct sizes. She even convinced me to choose the floral Polo shirt so I could stand out as the birthday man!
Aisha showed tremendous patience and professionalism while handling my determination to make everyone look Polo picture-perfect. We definitely represented Polo!
Honestly, I initially thought Aisha was a manager because of her leadership, knowledge, confidence, and outstanding customer service. She is a true asset to the Ralph Lauren Outlet at Katy Mills, and I highly recommend asking for her when you visit.”
“Chilton Ave has the cutest clothes that are great quality and reasonably priced. I came in today to pick up two online orders, and I ended up purchasing a few other things. I love seeing the try ons that are posted on their Instagram and Facebook stories, so I get an idea of what the clothing looks like “in real life” vs on a model in a photo that’s been photoshopped.”

“Located in La Centerra, Katy TXOverall product placement and cleanliness deserves 5 stars!The biggest con is the sizing. Most sizes run from Small through Large, so not that size inclusive which can be a reason to walk away and is the reason why I was not able to purchase anything despite enjoying my time at the store.I enjoy the the catered styles to ongoing events such as Astros games, Taylor swift concert, etc.Overall, prices a bit high but reasonable for a boutique. Not plus size friendly but have lots of fun accessories for all ages.Great presentation!I think it would a be a great idea for the shop to host events to get more traffic, whether he be free henna tattoos or free drinks on the weekend. I can picture a fun event partnership with another store in the Centerra too.”

“I was there this time yesterday and the customer service by Tracy, Diana, and the other ladies in the fitting rooms were the absolute best. They were ready to help with zippers, finding something new, etc.They helped and represented how clothing buying used to be/should be. I can’t say enough kind words about them. “I love everything about this store, super clean, with wonderful and consistent help. The lounge area and bathrooms are nice, too. I’ve been coming here for over three years now, and my favorite clearance section, once a hidden gem, seems to have been discovered by the masses. There’s not much left for me anymore!
I’ve never had trouble with returns or exchanges, and I’ve never had any issues with the staff. My only complaint is that I sometimes forget to visit, simply because the clothes I’ve purchased here are such high quality that even items I bought two+ years ago are still in great shape.
I 100% recommend this company, especially this store location.”
