“This store is located in between entrance 2 and 3. So easy to find them. I have been coming into this location for several years.
For the most part it’s always organized, but I know how hard it is so keep a clothing store tidy when they are busy.
They always have a good selection, pretty much what you find on the website. The only problem that I typically have is they tend to carry a lot of the large sizes and not so much of the petite sizes. It could be a coincidence too.
I think it’s worth it visiting this location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.”
“Hot Topic is always a fun place to stop by. I went in recently just to look around, and an employee noticed me checking out the graphic tees and showed me a new design that had just come in. I ended up grabbing it because it was too cute to pass up. The store was clean, organized, and had the usual good music and vibe that makes shopping there feel easy.”

“I went there on October 17 of this year. Not only was the selection amazing and the art beautiful, but the vibe overall was amazingly welcoming and friendly. Beyond that.. I wish more than anything right now that I would have asked the name of the woman that was working that night. I have autism and ADHD and I was having a meltdown in the store that day. It was my birthday, which is a really hard day for me regardless, but I had lost my phone and only realized it while I was inside. The sweet older woman there not only didn't judge my crying spell or the fact that I went nonverbal, she came around the counter and waited for my permission to give me a hug. Her voice was calm, motherly, reassuring.. everything I needed while I was panicking and breaking down. She gave me the strength to go find my family (who were asking other stores to see if they saw my phone) and to generally keep my head up for the rest of my day at the mall. Whoever you are, ma'am, you're an angel. I don't go to the mall often but I hope I'll see you again soon. If I don't, know that you singlehandedly saved my birthday. Your patience, calm words, and safe presence really helped me come back to myself and go forward. Not everyone has those skills, and I'm so happy you did because I don't think I could've pulled myself out of a break that deep. Having you there while my family made their own attempts to help elsewhere was the difference between me completely closing off and getting angry and more sad, and me being able to meet with my family, step outside for air, and keep moving towards making the day better. I know I could barely speak when you saw me, but I wish I could have articulated how amazing you were that day. If anyone knows who had the evening shift on 10/17/25, please tell her I thank her with all my heart.”
“5 STARS!!I have been shopping at Southern Divas for many years. They always take the time to help me with any questions I have and even help me pick out outfits (I’m not so good at it on my own). Everyone is so kind and helpful. It feels like I’m shopping at a friend’s store because they truly care about their customers.”

After a phone call from New Store Manager.
Apparently they were restructuring the the staff and policy and on the phone call the new manager was very friendly and mention they are doing the best to served especially for people in the work force that use this Store for work supply.
And as I mentioned in my early review, I like the product and always visit the store even not needing because sometimes they have in store promo or end sale, as I use the Stryker as daily uniform, the saving give me a pretend to buy the stuff I want and not needed….lol. (I changed the star to a 3.5 as they care about their customer)

Reasons for 1 Star (not open on listed time)
I usually shop the Katy Store, no problem with product or Staff… but On Nov 14, 2025, came to the store at 10:03am, at the door, there was the UPS, and 4 more people waiting, by 10:20, all of them left. So my guess is if someone was that early to a store meaning there are not just browsing…. I ending leaving by 10:25, still not open. (Hope the staff are ok…) but as we say “On time is Late… lol””
“A good selection of Gap clothes at this Simon Property Katy Mills Mall. This was a very busy Saturday holiday weekend but was organized and merchandise was all in excellent condition. Team members were cheerful and helpful throughout the store.”
“HUGE selection of boots and apparel at all price points. Was in heaven being from Australia, we don’t have anything like this back home. Got myself a pair of boots that I love and wore around America ❤️ Also the staff were super helpful and friendly.”

The staff, the people are super friendly.
Specially the environment is really welcome.
I've been coming here for at least one year. And let me tell you, it really helps me a lot.
Since I work in retail and I do carry heavy items, doing yoga, it does help me stretch my muscles.”
“Chilton Ave has the cutest clothes that are great quality and reasonably priced. I came in today to pick up two online orders, and I ended up purchasing a few other things. I love seeing the try ons that are posted on their Instagram and Facebook stories, so I get an idea of what the clothing looks like “in real life” vs on a model in a photo that’s been photoshopped.”

“The Vans Outlet was such a good stop for me. I went in just planning to browse, and I ended up finding a really cute pair of shoes for a great price. “Located in La Centerra, Katy TXOverall product placement and cleanliness deserves 5 stars!The biggest con is the sizing. Most sizes run from Small through Large, so not that size inclusive which can be a reason to walk away and is the reason why I was not able to purchase anything despite enjoying my time at the store.I enjoy the the catered styles to ongoing events such as Astros games, Taylor swift concert, etc.Overall, prices a bit high but reasonable for a boutique. Not plus size friendly but have lots of fun accessories for all ages.Great presentation!I think it would a be a great idea for the shop to host events to get more traffic, whether he be free henna tattoos or free drinks on the weekend. I can picture a fun event partnership with another store in the Centerra too.”

“I have to say I was never impressed with Guess as I did not believe it had my size for full figured ladies with chest and hips with a small waist. I picked up 2 shirt dresses and really liked how they fit. Jewlery looked really cute along with the Sun Glasses. One thing that I did not like there was noone there to help with shoes, I saw this cute pink boots on a model but was unable to locate them and when asked I got if it is not there then we dont have it? Not even bothering to look. I signed up as a reward member despite the shoe incident will see of they can keep my business.”

They showed me a couple of similar styles and helped me find the right size, which made everything quick and easy. The store had good vibes, was organized, and the prices were solid for what I got.”

Lots of sales + super low clearance prices also (with a good selection of items!) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which can also be hard to come by these days! Make sure to go to their site and sign up for a free rewards account to collect points on purchases to earn rewards!”

“I love everything about this store, super clean, with wonderful and consistent help. The lounge area and bathrooms are nice, too. I’ve been coming here for over three years now, and my favorite clearance section, once a hidden gem, seems to have been discovered by the masses. There’s not much left for me anymore!
I’ve never had trouble with returns or exchanges, and I’ve never had any issues with the staff. My only complaint is that I sometimes forget to visit, simply because the clothes I’ve purchased here are such high quality that even items I bought two+ years ago are still in great shape.
I 100% recommend this company, especially this store location.”
