I was in that dealership today and I talked with Stacy , she supposed to bring me the key I was waiting for her almost one hour but nobody show up because I told her we are not buying and I left the dealership she was so rude and aggressive when I told her we are not buying go to the Mossy Nissan they have a good sales person over there. She does not know the basic principles of dealing with a customer

*** BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP ( especially avoid the guy named MARCO )
I purchased a car, new from this dealership. I live in san antonio and they were willing to take the car down to me. However, when they drove the car to me, there was 3 different spots with damage on the NEW CAR. I felt bad if I refused to take it and they said they would issue me a due bill which will fix the damage later, so I took the car . The guy named Marco said he can fix the 3 spots for $350 . In my opinion no one can fix it for $350. He also said his guy can only come tuesday to fix it. However, I told him I am only available Monday because I live far and only have that day off. Seems like he was just giving me a hard time. I tried to call him and leave him a message 2 times, but he didn’t respond or care. To me, this is a rip off and I also know how it goes, after they already sold the car, they will ignore you.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mehran Abedini in purchasing a vehicle, and I can confidently say that his service was exceptional from start to finish. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. He was able to provide detailed information about the vehicles I was interested in and patiently answered all of my questions. I always get treated like a queen when I go for service. I love how you get a video from the service technician that shows everything they’re doing and then you get a written estimate along with suggested services which you can confirm or decline. I recommend Shottenkirk Nissan Katy for both sales and service

My family and I have owned many Nissans over the years. We have purchased three Nissan rogues from this Location. The new GM was nice and tried to get us out of our current Current rogues. However, we could not make the numbers work. Not a big deal we’ll just come back in a few months maybe A year and by then. However, the constant bombardment calls in text messages pushing for us to take a bad deal is ridiculous despite being very frank to both the sales lady Heidi and the finance manager, they continue to pressure and push to try and get the sale even though they know that the numbers just do not make sense. Because of this pressure and the disjointed communication between their office and the sales staff I suspect I will have to purchase my next Nissan elsewhere.

Came in for my Rogue sport's first check up. Very quick. My service advisor Bradley Hook was the nicest young man. He showed interest in me and his job. Overall good experience.

They replaced my transmission in my 2014 Nissan Sentra back in July of 2022. The replacement part failed multiple times after the initial replacement within just a few thousand miles. Now, the transmission has faulted within 20k miles and they are saying they will only look at it if I pay them $500, because it’s past the 12k miles and 12month warranty. Who only guarantees a new transmission for 12k miles? They sold me a faulty part, and they won’t make it right. Nissan Consumer Affairs won’t assist either.
