I made an appointment online 2 weeks before to open up the business account. I arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. There were only three employees that I could see in the bank, one was a teller. There were about five other people waiting to be helped and three people being helped. I waited my turn with a teller, told her I was there for my scheduled appointment. She said to have a seat. I waited 45 minutes. No one ever said anything to me or anyone else waiting. The lack of customer service is astounding to me. I eventually left and am now at another bank where I actually get great customer service.

This bank is a scam they fool you to open account with cash bonus but they never honor that . When you requested close the account the bank Amy Rund even force me to leave . Saying no one in this bank can close the account just because they can steal your money to do their scam work . The guy imran Mirza was the previous scammer . Never reply email never answer calls then when you drive to the branch they always fool you away by saying they will call you back and they never did.

DISRESPECTFUL! Came to open a small businesses account and get some info, old man came and basically said you can get tf out. Go to another location or choose another bank this guys working like he hates his life

After many phone calls assuring me that all has been fixed... just received an email stating that I am not qualified to receive the $400 promotion???Truist Bank is a waste of time! No one cares about customer service and the frustration is overwhelming!Your tactics are reminiscent of a "bait 'n switch" scam! We will gladly close our account and spread word of this unfortunate experience!

I have banked at this location when it was originally CitiBank, then BB&T, and now Truist. I'm not sure I can continue though as they are not even open any on Saturday now. I had an actual paper check I needed to deposit this weekend and nothing open with posted hours now stating only M-F. Not only that, but there were no deposit envelopes available even if I wanted to try and make a deposit thru the ATM. I don't see how any bank can afford to do this. People work during the week so I guess I will need to take a day of vacation to close out my accounts and pick up what is in my safe deposit. This seems just crazy to me.

Run away dont open account here one of many issues i got and deposit cash on atm to pay a bill and they put money on hold for 24 hours , got a zelle paymount and teller refuse to gave me money even it was available i go to atm and withdraw the money wow wow list is long 1 porcent charge on zelle transaccion

Get an account with truist if you want to be on hold for an hour anytime you need help or sent to another line. Worst customer service EVER!!!!!

I would give no stars if I could. I set me buisness account up online, I received a email to say account was set up and my card would arrive in 5-7. Went into branch as it’s been 3 weeks and was told it’s now closed as I didn’t fund it (was never told too). I then went home set another account up and headed back to the bank to fund it but this time I couldn’t fund it because I didn’t submit my documents…I was never asked too. Terrible communication. Amy was very unhelpful and clearly did not want to help me, very short and rude.

Amy Rund and Enron were so helpful. I showed up at 4:58pm, 2 minutes before they closed. Amy took to me in, didn't rush, answered my questions and provided a remarkable degree of help. This was such a pleasant experience. Thank you Amy !

I would never recommend this bank to anyone! Horrible Horrible Service . Take longer than an hour to get someone on the line , to get a Payoff for a loan you won’t be able too until 2 days after you request it , I spoke to manager and they stated they could do same day payoff sent via fax and she ended statement saying it could take 24 to 48 hours. !! What ?? Makes no sense. Why tell me you can send it same day if the process time is 1-2 days !! Poorly staffed and managed. Stay away!!

Michael and Stephen racially profiled me today, refused to give me a cashiers check and then closed my account without reason or explanation. I also have them both on video calling me the "N" word while they assumed I couldnt hear them whispering.

Since your customer service online is obsolete. And there's no way to get live help in a reasonable time frame on the phone. You bought our account and now I can't log in and make a payment???I expect some sort of assistance with this. 2 hour+ hold time is ridiculous!!

I went to deposit a check Jan 2022. Teller took my check and put it on a 10 day hold and told me after She deposit the check. I ask why I was not informed before she deposited the check she stated that need to speak to my banker. And sorry in a very Sarcastic way. I worked at a bank for 6 years and know procedures. You are always supposed to let customers know their funds will be on hold before you deposit it. Therefore they can go and cash it or have other’s options. So, I proceeded to go to lobby. The personal banker act clueless but he did said after reviewing my acct that the 10 days was aggressive. He never tried to call and verify the check or anything. It was the lack of trying to accommodate the customer for me. I ask for my check back and had them cancel the deposit. Just for reference I deposited checks near or more than amount many times before. And keep and fairly decent balance with them. They never put those checks on hold. I believe it was that teller. He proceed to have her cancel transaction and gave me my check back. I deposited the same check online and it was available the next day. What is the excuse or explanation for that. I been with that back for over 4 years.

I have to say that we have been with this branch since 2013 when it was Citi and ever since the service has been great. Always polite, willing to help and supportive. Coming from the UK this is a major step up in service.
