The staff is very kind and helpful, with sales associates offering good suggestions and Geek Squad resolving issues. Employees are knowledgeable and do not try to upsell. However, phone support can be unavailable and item arrival times are sometimes unclear. The store offers a full selection of appliances, cell phones, tablets, and gaming consoles. Many customers would go back and recommend it.
