These guys do great work. Dropped my pc off to get an issue fixed and it turned out my motherboard was dead! They gave me time to bring down some replacement parts to complete the repair and everything turned out great! Would definitely recommend them for any pc build or repair needs! Went in for a USB cable. They don't make PC stores like this anymore. Personal service by a staff who actually knows PCs from a ground up. A true OEM.

Had a 2015 Macbook Pro crash due bulging battery. Needed to recover data from the drive. After trips to Best buy, Apple Store and Microcenter was referred to Bits & Bytes who actually had the correct adapter for that particular drive. They were able to fully retrieve the data...many thanks

I came to Bits and Bytes because I thought I had malware that I couldn't review. Larry was kind enough to tell me that it was something entirely different. I admit my knowledge of the modern computer is lacking and Larry walked me through changing settings so that whatever was messing with my computer went away! And he didn't talk down to me, he talked to me and explained as he went along
I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Their prices are reasonable and their knowledge extreme.
Go see them if you're having problems with your computer. You'll be glad you did!
