Please inform your employees to not harass customers. As someone who works in customer service, I understand it’s important to greet and help customers. But hovering and being asked LITERALLY ever 45 seconds by each employee if I need help or if I’m looking for anything in particular is really a turn off especially when I say I’m just looking around. If a customer obviously does not want to keep interacting, please leave them alone and let them shop. Also they ask invasive questions like “what event do you have coming up?” “What are you up to this weekend”. Just STOP and let people browse in peace.

We visited the Buckle store at the mall this Saturday with our family, looking for some new pants. Even though the store was quite busy, the staff managed to provide excellent service to everyone. A gentleman assisted my husband right away, quickly asking for his size and helping him find exactly what he needed—all while helping other customers as well. The team was friendly and attentive at the checkout, making sure we were taken care of from start to finish. We’re really impressed with the great service here and want to give them credit for making our shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this store!

The manager was VERY rude, yelled at us to leave the store because we were talking to an employee that was helping us AND made comments that we looked like trouble/suspicious for just talking in store while looking at jeans.

Gentleman that helped me was awesome. Had a pair of jeans that either got tore or dog chewed hole in. I was out of town and he said which I heard before that they take them back in these cases. I was in a time crunch but decided to run back out to car to grab jeans in suitcase. came back with torn jeans and gentleman that was helping had pulled additional jeans to save me time this pretentious lady Danielle stepped in to start questioning and wasted more of my time I didn't have. I think she saw my rolex and thought it would be ok to double dip me and denied exchange. I bought jeans and left I went from deciding to exclusively buy jeans from Buckle to never buying again in 5 minutes. Please but Danielle in back to stocki g and promote Zach to manager.

Stopped by yesterday looking for an outfit. Almost immediately Kathleen (can’t remember if that was her name) helped me out throughout my whole visit. She was so helpful and kind.

All I can say is if you want excellent customer service go to belle! (Hope I spelt that correct)I came in needing a new pair of jeans and she went above and beyond! Thank you sooo much!!

Excellent quality merch but you'll pay for it. I have a few pairs that are aging and show very little to no wear n tear. Impressive to say the least. I have other clothing that I bought after buckle stuff, and it's already donated or in the trash. You do get what you pay for here and it's worth it. Give it a try, you'll be impressed too!

Bad customer service at the register, poor service!!! Cashier got upset cause I requested a shoe box for my female hey dude shoes and said they don’t come in boxes that they have them hanging on the wall, so I told her where here in the sales floor you have $60 shoes hanging on the wall, she gave me attitude and her male employee told her that the boxes were in the back, plus I had to ask for a bag like if I was going to carrying my shoes around in the Mall with a brown box she found in the back for me, plus I had to put my shoes in the box myself & bag it myself. Female employee said that the female hey dude shoes don’t come in boxes, every other location I’ve bought hey dude shoes come in it’s original box….she walked away from the register while I was still there trying to do everything myself….like two pairs where going to fit in a small bag she gave me…I will never come to this location ever again. If you don’t like your job then look for something else! If I could rate it as a zero star I would’ve!

Needed to find a new pair of pants. Now I don't remember the chicks name but the staff was very very helpful. This was my first time shopping here and I will be back. I was surprised of the quality and prize of this place.

Drove over an hour and a half for a shirt I ordered online yesterday. I show up and the employee (Hispanic girl with blonde highlights) makes minimal effort to locate the shirt and proceeds to tell me it was never taken off the floor and set aside as it was supposed to be reserved for my order yet they sold it. I Never got an apology nor have I even gotten my money back. Lazy employees
