Unfortunately have to give this location a one star. The ladies who worked there were nice but I ended up getting charged two extra days because their “drop box” wasn’t marked at all. I called customer service and they told me it would be no problem to drop off the next day at any time. I left the truck in the parking lot. Had to call them again to get the charges removed which they still only removed most of it, not all. If the drop box had any kind of indication that it was owned by Budget this wouldn’t have been a problem.

If you rent from this Budget/Avis, make sure you request an inspection of the vehicle before you leave. I rented a 2021 Camry(Yes, a 3 yr old car with almost 60k miles) that had a damaged front bumper and other cosmetic damage to the hood. I had a last minute emergency and this was the only car in inventory at the time. I signed for it, was given the keys, and left. Upon arriving home around the corner, I took photos of the damage, called back to the location, and talked to a woman at the front desk, that stated that she'd make a note of my concerns. She did not. I also emailed the operator of this location with photos of the car for record. The next day, I ended up returning the car early because it had alignment issues and should've never been on the road in the first place. The location was closed, so I parked it out front and left the key in the dropbox as instructed by Budget customer service. A few weeks later, I get a bill from Budget/Sedgwick stating that I OWED $2,445.71 for damage that was done before I even took possession of the car in the first place. The same damage that I had already reported twice over the phone and via email. I called the operator of the location, but she was short and dismissive with me. I had to send Budget/Sedgwick photos, copies of emails, etc to prove that the vehicle wasnt damaged by me. If I hadn't documented the damage, I would've been screwed. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend that you do business here at all, but if you do, make sure you document EVERYTHING just in case. Sedgwick is Budget's claims dept, so they're just doing their jobs. The fault lies squarely with the manager/operator of this location for not doing their job and dropping the ball.

Car Renters BEWARE!!
I rented an automobile from Budget last month and checked in and out the same vehicle and continued to rent for an additional month only to be extremely disappointed with the obscene amount I was charged for the most economical vehicle with Budget . When I spoke to the reps earlier, no one told me of the rates increased and paid $850.00 for two weeks including a $200.00 deposit. With it being a weekend and the hurricane about to hit, I had no choice but to rent the vehicle even though I informed them I have a garage both at home and at work. You can imagine my surprise when on Monday, the day of hurricane Beryl I was charged an additional $2175.84, which I did not sign for or authorize out of my account.
This is not the way business works. To take advantage of people especially when left in crisis with no electricity or water during a hurricane is unethical.
Do not rent from Avis/Budget. They are thieves and have poor management and customer service skills.
One star was given as minus 5stars was not an option.
I am extremely disappointed with the actions of this company. There is no excuse!
I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau for investigation.

I thought I got lucky with the $18.99 day rental reservation. Do not fall for the website saying they allow same day drop off - that is a lie, they will charge you even if your reservation is a one day rental and even if you return before the hour you were scheduled to return because no one is there to check in your rental they will charge. you. My special advertised to me cost me over $300. Budget has to get at least $250 per day from your rental no matter what special they are running. I complained to this office location they do nothing and direct you to customer service. I requested a dolly and I did not get it, they charged me for it.
I should have known, the day i was picking up the rental there was a couple there and their complaint was obvious and Budget did them dirty, rented them a day rental car without a working seatbelt for their child and they were charged $800. The lady settled for only half back on a one day rental.
Never again.
I hope this helps someone, not to be a victim of Budget, because really for a couple of bucks I am going to do what? And that is what they count on.

The ladies at the desk were very friendly I was there on 5/24 picking up my rental. Great customer service while I was there. The manager Tonya and the young lady who brought out the vehicle very friendly as well and my first time at this location I will be back.Good things come to those who wait… Thank You Ms.Tonya

When I got to the Budget office in KatyTX, they did not have the Rav 4 or similar SUV like I reserved. I ended up with a comfortable minivan, which did get me to my destination, but I also paid for the most necessary thing...navigation service, and did not get it. The person that brought the car to me could not get it to work, the lady behind the counter said I didn't pay for it. I checked my mobile receipt later and I was charged for it. There were too many people waiting for me to resolve this issue. The person that brought me the car showed me nothing about how to use the car features, he was in a hurry to help other people. I was on my own in an unfamiliar car that I had to drive 3 hours from a suburb of Houston and needed the navigation! I tried to use Android Auto, which I had never used before, and it didn't work properly with my phone and it kept trying to connect with my phone causing my phone to lose Google maps! I could have wrecked the car trying to cancel what was showing on my phone and on the car's entertainment screen while I was driving on a major highway with nowhere to pull off! It was a terrible experience! I should at the least be refunded the fee for navigation that I did not get and a partial refund of the rental for endangering my life! I've never had a problem with Budget before and I was totally appalled with this experience and will be calling the Budget main office to complain!

Reserved a truck and on the day of my rental, they called to inform me they didn't have a truck at this location. After cancelling the reservation, I was charged a $75 no show fee. I had to call a corporate number to get my money back even though I wasn't at fault. Will never attempt to rent a truck from here again.
