Latonya Blair was very professional and helpful. I made a reservation at one location but after arrival there we no vehicles. When I visited her location she assured me she would find a vehicle before my deadline and she did. All of the staff there were very professional as well.

This budget rental location in Katy is customer friendly. Staff goes above and beyond to help customers. I was helped by lady called Angela who was very joyful to work with.

Fantastic rental with Budget. The vehicle was brand new and completely clean. Experience was quick and they were able to resolve a small problem that I had with the trunk of the vehicle very quickly. Ms. Joy was awesome!
