“Possibly the easiest thing I’ve ever done in my life. Had a chip on my windshield that turned into a large crack. My insurance set up the claim with AutoGlass Now, and they called me to set up an appointment. Set it up, went in, was told it could be 2 hours. They called almost 2 hours on the dot, said it was done, and I went to grab my keys. Everyone I spoke to was nice, truly was a great experience.”
“A trucked clipped by front end at the gas station. The work was done well, they fixed everything that was wrong and even found the internal damage which I didn't know existed. I am super picky and detail oriented and noticed the headlight lens internally was loose and went back to them which they contacted the insurance company to replace it, that was only noticed by me.”

“Really fast and professional service and for a great price. My wife took our car here today since we had a rock chip in the windshield and Josh had repaired our other vehicle’s windshield last week so well. Josh did not disappoint! He was able to get us fixed up in no time. The windshield looks great and now we don’t have to worry about the crack growing w/ the temperature changes. They also do full windshield replacements with calibration. Will definitely be returning if the need arises in the future.”

“Got my car tinted last week, 6 side windows, front and rear windshield, 2 sunroof. Done within a day. After 7 days. The tint looks really nice and keep the car cool. Reasonable price within Katy area. Highly recommend. They also fixed my usb hub not charging issue within a hour (although I did not order the parts from them) I am sure diagnosis will cost 220 at the dealership. They really know their stuff :)”

“I love dealing with David! He is the owner easy going and extremely polite. I work in the remodeling business industry, he does both commercial and residential windows tinting. He is one of the best I had ever worked with. On time extremely polite he would never disrespect. And been working with him since 2017 his prices are cheap compared to many Mobil tinting companies. He will schedule your job within a day or two of your call. And sometimes will show up the same day. He had done commercial jobs for me pass his closing time. I would never believe that this man would hurt anyone's feelings unless if they stepped on his toes. I highly recommend anyone to use him!!”

“UPDATE: Kent gave me a call after reading my review and got me taken care of. This is a good place and would return if I ever need any future repairs.
Overall good work but they didn't adjust my headlights after they were replaced and they somehow removed a wheel lock without asking me for the wheel lock key. When the car was returned the wheel they removed no longer had a wheel lock on it.”

“I had an interview at Amazon down the road from this Chevron. I stopped here because I was in desperate need of gas as I was not able to stop on my way to Amazon because of being a little late. I had a fair gas price and the gentleman at the counter was really kind. I also got a monster. Can't go without a monster! Good experience”

“.This review needs to be written about this business. On Dec 1 2025. My RAV4, had its passenger window busted and I was upset and at
a loss, to getting it replaced. I'm hadout in the place where it got broken into. Iwas at my wits in. I took a chance and called Kool Karz. They not only said they replace the window. Also they could tint it like the original. Also could have it done on the same Day!
These people are some of the finest people I have had the privilege to know. I thank them so much for being there for me.

We got quoted double the cost to go to safelite for our Chrysler mini vans front windshield that was cracking all the way up. We were very grateful to find master auto glass!
