I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after the back right side of my car was damaged. Dropping my vehicle off was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from start to finish. They arranged a rental car for me through Enterprise and even had someone pick me up from the Caliber location to take me to the rental office, which made the process so much smoother.
Throughout the repairs, I received frequent updates on my vehicle’s status and the expected completion time. I really appreciated how transparent and communicative they were. My car was actually finished earlier than the original estimated date, and they contacted me right away to let me know it was ready.
A special thank-you to Monique, who helped me through the entire process—her kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation much easier.

“A trucked clipped by front end at the gas station. The work was done well, they fixed everything that was wrong and even found the internal damage which I didn't know existed. I am super picky and detail oriented and noticed the headlight lens internally was loose and went back to them which they contacted the insurance company to replace it, that was only noticed by me.”

These guys have so many 5-star reviews for a reason. Huge inventory! They go above and beyond to provide excellent sales and service experiences. The sales guy Justin was very easy to work with, gave me a super fair price, and did the deal over the phone on a brand new Airstream 24X! He had it in PDI the same day, and ready for delivery just a few days later! I called a closer AS dealer (Austin) first and they just told me they would order one for full MSRP, so I am stoked Holiday Katy gave me their only one, and, the only one for hundreds of miles, for the price I wanted. Overall good work but they didn't adjust my headlights after they were replaced and they somehow removed a wheel lock without asking me for the wheel lock key. When the car was returned the wheel they removed no longer had a wheel lock on it.”

“**Please read this full review before buying a car from here** I hope this review is read and even shared at a morning meeting/huddle.
I started looking for a Honda in the DFW area. I had Used-Car Directors and Sales Managers high-ball me on cars so I naturally low-ball them back. After all, everything is negotiable. I remember trying to negotiate a car and had somebody tell me, “In no universe will I sell the car at that price”. The guy gloated about how his was “best priced” in a 50 mile radius. So, I expanded my radius and came across KATY Honda in Houston.
Now mind you, I live in the DFW area. So I call and connect with JASON GROVES. This guy listened to my needs, took the time to care, and connected me with CRYSTA GLAZE about the car I wanted. Once I got that OTD price, I booked a plane ticket and flew to Houston. This dealer literally went the EXTRA MILE and picked me up from the airport.
I got to meet another great and talented associate in AARON DARLEY, who shared his experience and got to share some laughs with.
At this point I step in to meet the Finance Manager, ADHAM ELMADHOUN. You can tell this man has experience. He was very professional throughout the closing ceremony and did an excellent job answering all questions.
The used-car director should be PROUD OF THIS GREAT TEAM.
As a consumer, buying a car is never easy.
But if you do your research and are READY TO BUY A CAR: START HERE. Ask for JASON, CRYSTA, AARON AND/OR ADHAM. I’m sure the rest of the team is knowledgeable and professional like this group (which is a true reflection of the leadership at this Dealer).
At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted in the color I wanted and walked away with the TAILORED NUMBERS THAT ARE BEST FOR ME. The 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring I bought at the time had less miles, no major damage on the carfax, and was cheaper than anything offered to me nearby (I actually saved $ buying the car from KATY Honda). I have been driving the car for about over 30 days now, at the time I post this review, and the car is still in EXCELLENT CONDITION.

“I called ahead to ask if they can check my battery and the kindest person shared the steps and asked me request him by name. I came to the store so confused and stressed because my car was not operating smoothly. Lee-Andre not only took the time to run a battery and alternator test but also provided some additional clues as to what might cause my car to have malfunctioned. He was at the end of his shift when I arrived and stayed with me until my car cooled down enough to drive safely to my preferred dealer up the street. He went above and beyond my expectations and I left less stressed and clear about how I should proceed. I wish I received service like this more often. Good job, on your hiring!”

Crash Champion ordered and installed another mirror, repaired scratches, made arraignments for a rental car and had it delivered to me. (Enterprise) They did a great job and I would highly recommend their services. I hope I never need them again (ha ha), but if I do, they will definitely be my first call to do the repairs. The 2 people that we worked with were respectful of our time because - I refused to be there multiple hours trying to get this to happen and they really really made it happen in a much shorter time than it’s ever taken me to get a car. The loaner that they gave me to use while they were getting the Honda fitted with new tires was a Lexus??!! That was fabulous too!!

“I had made an appointment at Walmart and when I arrived they had no record of my appointment and told me I would have to wait over an hour for a 5 minute job. I was frustrated and angry. I had an appointment to get to and I needed a new battery. We went to O'Reilly's and Wil the assistant manager was absolutely amazing! So kind. Let's be honest, sometimes men can be a bit condescending to middle aged women. He was great! He replaced it for me and explained why we needed the battery recommended. My terminals were looking bad. Again, he showed me the concern and explained he would do his best to change the battery without breaking it. He did great! I would give his service a 12 out of 10. Thank you Will for taking care of my problem quickly and professionally and treating me with respect. ?”

a loss, to getting it replaced. I'm hadout in the place where it got broken into. Iwas at my wits in. I took a chance and called Kool Karz. They not only said they replace the window. Also they could tint it like the original. Also could have it done on the same Day!

I had a issue that forced me to sleep in my car overnight. This was the closest location to me at the time. I was possibly the first customer of the day. The moment i walked thru the door, i felt relief. The staff or team were very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful. Qualities that are very rare now a days. I wish these guys worked at the O'Reilly near me. ( not that my local store has any issues.)
I stopped going to Autozone 3 years ago and have not regretted that decision once!
