“Amazing service!! I took my car in to get some work done and had my vehicle back much quicker than I anticipated. Ive been meaning to clean out my car after the several roadtrips I went on this summer left my car very dirty. It looked like it had been professionally detailed when I picked it up! Everything had been vacuumed and wiped down and my car looked brand new. They also took the time to buff out my front headlights that I’ve always known to be dim and very yellow. No extra charge for any of the extra care that was put into my car. They shine perfectly at night now. The service was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable and kinda car shop. 10/10!!”

“One of the best service experiences I have ever had. Chris and the rest of the team took care of my car repair in the most impeccable way, going the extra mile, keeping me informed, and returning my car like new. I do not know if you can find a lower-cost place, but I can assure you I paid a fair price for such an outstanding service. Too bad you cannot give them 6 or 7 stars, I would.”

“Caliber Morton Ranch location offers some of the BEST service I’ve ever experienced! My car needed a small fix on the door handle, and after visiting several auto body shops in the area with no luck, we were almost ready to give up. I decided to give Caliber a try, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and welcoming service at the front desk. Although none of the technicians had ever encountered a door handle with a detached cover before, they took on the challenge and fixed it in a timely manner, and it looks brand new! I would absolutely recommend Caliber Morton Ranch to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and skilled auto body service. A huge thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond!”

“Was recommended Katy Auto Collision by my step-dad and they were fantastic. Jonathan was my estimator. He was very clear with his communication, followed up if he had to leave a voicemail, and they worked well with the insurance company and rental car place to make sure all of the work was completed at the stated completion date! Will definitely recommend Katy Auto Collision to anyone looking for work on their car!!”

“After one of our cars was T-boned, we immediately contacted Katy Custom Finishes and were fortunate to work with Nathan. From the very beginning, Nathan was incredibly helpful and took charge of the entire process. He kept us better informed than the insurance company did, providing updates and answering our questions promptly. It was a relief to have someone so responsive and communicative during such a stressful time. The repair process took a few weeks, but when we got the car back, it looked and drove like new! We were really impressed with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. It’s clear that Katy Custom Finishes takes pride in their craftsmanship. We’re very grateful to Nathan and the entire team for making the repair process as smooth as possible and for restoring our car to perfect condition. Highly recommend them if you need collision repair!”

“Very friendly, fast service. When I dropped off my truck for repairs, I did not have a ride home. They were happy to give me a ride home. A few days later , I was notified that the Truck was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was very happy to see that the repair made on my front quarter panel was so good, that no one could notice that it had ever been damaged.”
