“A trucked clipped by front end at the gas station. The work was done well, they fixed everything that was wrong and even found the internal damage which I didn't know existed. I am super picky and detail oriented and noticed the headlight lens internally was loose and went back to them which they contacted the insurance company to replace it, that was only noticed by me.”

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after the back right side of my car was damaged. Dropping my vehicle off was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from start to finish. They arranged a rental car for me through Enterprise and even had someone pick me up from the Caliber location to take me to the rental office, which made the process so much smoother.
Throughout the repairs, I received frequent updates on my vehicle’s status and the expected completion time. I really appreciated how transparent and communicative they were. My car was actually finished earlier than the original estimated date, and they contacted me right away to let me know it was ready.

“Perry is the absolute best. I’ve lived in Houston for 6 years and have not found a shop more trustworthy and affordable than this. They service minor or larger issues, anything from an oil change to an engine replacement. There are issues I’ve had with vehicles that other mechanics could not even diagnose correctly, while this place finds the culprit promptly and will even show you the worn parts and help you understand what needs to be done. Perry himself has daughters and knows that shops can be predatory, he prides himself in having integrity and knowledgable staff. “UPDATE: Kent gave me a call after reading my review and got me taken care of. This is a good place and would return if I ever need any future repairs.
Overall good work but they didn't adjust my headlights after they were replaced and they somehow removed a wheel lock without asking me for the wheel lock key. When the car was returned the wheel they removed no longer had a wheel lock on it.”

“My vehicle got side swiped and the passenger rearview mirror was broken off. Crash Champion ordered and installed another mirror, repaired scratches, made arraignments for a rental car and had it delivered to me. (Enterprise) They did a great job and I would highly recommend their services. I hope I never need them again (ha ha), but if I do, they will definitely be my first call to do the repairs.
