“Caliber Morton Ranch location offers some of the BEST service I’ve ever experienced! My car needed a small fix on the door handle, and after visiting several auto body shops in the area with no luck, we were almost ready to give up. I decided to give Caliber a try, and I’m so glad I did!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and welcoming service at the front desk. Although none of the technicians had ever encountered a door handle with a detached cover before, they took on the challenge and fixed it in a timely manner,and it looks brand new!

“A trucked clipped by front end at the gas station. The work was done well, they fixed everything that was wrong and even found the internal damage which I didn't know existed. I am super picky and detail oriented and noticed the headlight lens internally was loose and went back to them which they contacted the insurance company to replace it, that was only noticed by me.”

Overall good work but they didn't adjust my headlights after they were replaced and they somehow removed a wheel lock without asking me for the wheel lock key. When the car was returned the wheel they removed no longer had a wheel lock on it.”

“After one of our cars was T-boned, we immediately contacted Katy Custom Finishes and were fortunate to work with Nathan. From the very beginning, Nathan was incredibly helpful and took charge of the entire process. He kept us better informed than the insurance company did, providing updates and answering our questions promptly. “Great service and employees were friendly, professional and explained the entire process thoroughly. My car was hit in a parking lot and had scratches and a dent. After the repair, it looks brand new! They work with Enterprise, which is conveniently next door and a rental car aas available and waited outside immediately after I dropped my car off and filled out the paperwork. I love that they will fill my gas tank & provide a free car wash after filling out a survey. I highly recommended Crash Champions!”

It did take a day longer than initially expected due to two missed trim pieces along the rear window, but the metallic black paint (intended to match the original) is perfect. I don’t see any lines or overspray anywhere (I’m no painter but I looked pretty hard) and the cost seemed very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier at this point.
We’ll have to see how it holds up in this blistering Texas sun, but y they get 5 stars from me!!
PS - I also had the headlights and fog lights polished which made an amazing difference. I’d give them 5 stars for that service too!”

They communicated with me every step of the way. They were total professionals and they were 20% cheaper than those other fools! They did amazing work here and I won't hesitate to come here again and would recommend them to anyone who will listen.”
