“Staff were very professional and courteous. Unfortunately when the car was scheduled for return we identified damage to the paint work that had been caused while the car was in the shop. This was duly fixed but took a few extra days. We subsequently found out the horn no longer worked and this took additional visits to get resolved.The original repair was completed to a high standard, but cannot give 5 stars when considering the other issues encountered”
