I came in today to open up an account and I was immediately helped by Jaime who was AMAZING! Not only did she patiently explain to me the whole process and gave me financial advice, but she was also so warm and welcoming! I was on the fence about who to bank with at first but I left there knowing I made the right choice!

This location has demonstrated wonderful customer service. They are friendly and willing to do what they need to help their clients. I have not had this experience at other locations in Katy, specifically I drive 10-15 minutes to this location even though I have one 2 minutes from my home.

Excellent customer service. The tellers were a big help, the branch manager also spent a great deal of time helping me. I bank at a different branch but I may drive the extra 15 minutes out of the way to come here from now on.
