I was needing assistance with being issued a new card. Evelyn was empathetic, and patient, listened carefully to my situation, and stayed with me until we were able to get the problem resolved. She is an example of why although I no longer live in Texas, I continue to have my accounts with BVSCU. I cannot imagine banking anywhere else. This credit union treats its customers as family; always doing whatever is necessary to resolve issues. Laura opened my account and has been overly helpful too. i was with chase for over 14 years and never felt like more then a number to them. they never went above and beyond to make me feel like i was apppreciated. dont get me wron, i dont need to feel as if some one is kissing my butt, but it feels good to hear a friendly voice on the other end of the line that sounds happy to help. i have had little expeirence with the other people who work there. but mrs Linda and Mrs Laura are amazing.”
