“This store is located in between entrance 2 and 3. So easy to find them. I have been coming into this location for several years.
For the most part it’s always organized, but I know how hard it is so keep a clothing store tidy when they are busy.
They always have a good selection, pretty much what you find on the website. The only problem that I typically have is they tend to carry a lot of the large sizes and not so much of the petite sizes. It could be a coincidence too.
I think it’s worth it visiting this location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.”
“Hot Topic is always a fun place to stop by. I went in recently just to look around, and an employee noticed me checking out the graphic tees and showed me a new design that had just come in. I ended up grabbing it because it was too cute to pass up. The store was clean, organized, and had the usual good music and vibe that makes shopping there feel easy.”
“As someone who is not great with picking out clothes, Theresa has been so patient and kind with helping me find pieces that fit and look good and staying within my budget. I love the Live shows on Thursday. They pull pieces I would never find just going and looking by myself. The Teal Deals are amazing too. Love this cute little boutique.”

“First time shopping at Studio 1220 and I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place before! I never really shop in La Centerra because there’s not a good variety of stores, but we went to go have breakfast and decided to take a walk afterwards. I am grateful we did because we bumped into this beautiful store and I finally have a spot I can shop without everyone else wearing something similar. The pieces I purchased were gorgeous and amazing quality. I know I’ll be coming back to shop for all the holiday events and gatherings. “I went there on October 17 of this year. Not only was the selection amazing and the art beautiful, but the vibe overall was amazingly welcoming and friendly. Beyond that.. I wish more than anything right now that I would have asked the name of the woman that was working that night. I have autism and ADHD and I was having a meltdown in the store that day. It was my birthday, which is a really hard day for me regardless, but I had lost my phone and only realized it while I was inside. The sweet older woman there not only didn't judge my crying spell or the fact that I went nonverbal, she came around the counter and waited for my permission to give me a hug. Her voice was calm, motherly, reassuring.. everything I needed while I was panicking and breaking down. She gave me the strength to go find my family (who were asking other stores to see if they saw my phone) and to generally keep my head up for the rest of my day at the mall. Whoever you are, ma'am, you're an angel. I don't go to the mall often but I hope I'll see you again soon. If I don't, know that you singlehandedly saved my birthday. Your patience, calm words, and safe presence really helped me come back to myself and go forward. Not everyone has those skills, and I'm so happy you did because I don't think I could've pulled myself out of a break that deep. Having you there while my family made their own attempts to help elsewhere was the difference between me completely closing off and getting angry and more sad, and me being able to meet with my family, step outside for air, and keep moving towards making the day better. I know I could barely speak when you saw me, but I wish I could have articulated how amazing you were that day. If anyone knows who had the evening shift on 10/17/25, please tell her I thank her with all my heart.”
“5 STARS!!I have been shopping at Southern Divas for many years. They always take the time to help me with any questions I have and even help me pick out outfits (I’m not so good at it on my own). Everyone is so kind and helpful. It feels like I’m shopping at a friend’s store because they truly care about their customers.”

“A good selection of Gap clothes at this Simon Property Katy Mills Mall. This was a very busy Saturday holiday weekend but was organized and merchandise was all in excellent condition. Team members were cheerful and helpful throughout the store.”
“Place has a massive selection of clothes and different styles . It is not a traditional clothing store though and more like a warehouse. Great gear and equipment .Got it that day and was able to go out to work the next day thanks to them. Their prices are also way better for better quality gear than you could get at any place like academy or any major retail store. When I checked there after purchase it would have been double anywhere else. I will be back when I need my next set of FR clothes.”
“We had to look at this place 'cause our son is a mid-range pepper head. He tried a few samples and bought a few things. I enjoyed talking to the young man running the place and handing out free samples. They have a wide range of stuff from mild to sign a waiver. They had some cool t shirts with their logo and I got a good deal on one. I've been to a few other locations, they have three just in New Orleans.”

“I went into Dickies right when they were closing. I planned on glancing and leaving as fast as possible. I really needed a pair of work pants and was good hoping to find something quickly. When I walked out and said bye the employee David asked me at the door if I had a problem finding what I was looking for. I explained what I needed and he insisted I come look at what he had. He even knew what size I'd be in men's pants when I couldn't find the woman pants I needed and offered for me to take the time to try them on. I found a great pair after trying on couple and it was because of David. He works there like he owns the place and he's an irreplaceable employee. I hope him and his managers see this! Thanks David!”
“Good variety of all brands. Always my one stop shop for everything. Syeda Cashier was very helpful. Patiently and Happily scanned big list of items during checkout. I don't usually get this kind of service in Burlington as I am a regular customer. But Burlington needs to hire more cashiers like her. ?
One more thing is Burlington needs to offer public restrooms for customer. It is impossible to leave your shopping and go and find restrooms outside Burlington inside Katy mills.”

Most sizes run from Small through Large, so not that size inclusive which can be a reason to walk away and is the reason why I was not able to purchase anything despite enjoying my time at the store.I enjoy the the catered styles to ongoing events such as Astros games, Taylor swift concert, etc.Overall, prices a bit high but reasonable for a boutique. Not plus size friendly but have lots of fun accessories for all ages.Great presentation!I think it would a be a great idea for the shop to host events to get more traffic, whether he be free henna tattoos or free drinks on the weekend. I can picture a fun event partnership with another store in the Centerra too.”

Lots of sales + super low clearance prices also (with a good selection of items!) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which can also be hard to come by these days! Make sure to go to their site and sign up for a free rewards account to collect points on purchases to earn rewards!”
“Yesterday was our first ever visit to a K&G Fashion Store. We visited the Katy Freeway location and every staff member was kind, patient and gave us their undivided attention. We purchased a suit for my husband. Alterations are being made and we should be able to pick up the suit in about a week. I will admit that we have been looking for this suit for about a month. As a last resort, I suggested K&G. What an excellent suggestion.

“I have to say I was never impressed with Guess as I did not believe it had my size for full figured ladies with chest and hips with a small waist. I picked up 2 shirt dresses and really liked how they fit. Jewlery looked really cute along with the Sun Glasses. One thing that I did not like there was noone there to help with shoes, I saw this cute pink boots on a model but was unable to locate them and when asked I got if it is not there then we dont have it? Not even bothering to look. I signed up as a reward member despite the shoe incident will see of they can keep my business.”

“Zumiez ended up being a fun stop for me. I went in just to look around, and one of the employees noticed me eyeing a hoodie and came over to help without being pushy. They showed me a couple of similar styles and helped me find the right size, which made everything quick and easy. The store had good vibes, was organized, and the prices were solid for what I got.”

“I have been to several locations before, and they are all good, but this one stands out. Store was your typical Duluth, but the customer service set this one apart. I came in because I had a problem with an online order. They fixed it and then some. And they did it with a smile! So grateful I happened to be in the area so these guys could get me straightened out. If only online customer service were this good.”
