Disappointing stay. The room was pretty clean but the TV never worked. One of the front desk staff was rude and inattentive. She ignored us when we came in even when standing at the desk.

No free breakfast
After paying all this money and staying in a marriot hotel. What a joke. You have to pay for the breakfast. Never staying at this hotel again

I stayed with my family five days, but they didn’t clean my room, no paper toilet, my trash cans were full all five days.
I did request to clean my room twice at the counter employees but they just said yes and do nothing, it’s a shamed on that big hotel.

The room was really nice, it could have been cleaned better. I was happy with the service with checking in but once I checked out and forgot something, it was as if I never was a customer. Very disappointed.

The facility is near the mall and several restaurants. Reasonable and clean. Restaurants and bar on site. Jacuzzi and pool was clean. Staff was courteous and professional.

The bed was extremely comfortable & the rooms are nice & clean. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they charged a fee for parking. Other than that the location is great with lots of eateries around.

Been to this place many times, satisfied in the past, gave me a left over room this time even though we had put in a request a head of time, not surprised, loyalty is not always a two way thing. Look forward to trying out the competition after being with the same brand for over a decade.

I felt unsafe during my stay at this hotel. Staff at the hotel will enter your room in the middle of the night and steal from you. For the safety and peace of mind of future guests, I would strongly recommend that the hotel management address security and privacy issues promptly. Until these concerns are resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to others. Safety and security should be a top priority for any accommodation, and regrettably, my experience did not align with these expectations.
