Courtyard Houston Katy Mills is a beautiful, very well maintained hotel with super clean, spacious, lovely rooms. It is close to Katy Mills mall and lots of restaurants as well as a grocery store nearby. The staff are top notch, professional, friendly, incredibly accommodating, and provide excellent service. The breakfast is very good. However, one guest reported a terrible customer experience, noting the mini fridge required resetting every two hours, which was problematic for storing medication. Many guests love the hotel, find it extremely clean, and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Katy area.
We were extremely pleased with our 2 day stay here. The Concierge was very attentive and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and barely heard any other patrons. The nights were quiet. The bistro situation could be redirected, other than that all was well. Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and outstanding amenities. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, and we would gladly stay here again.
