Bad customer service. The staff at this location are not helpful at all. No greeting, no professionalism, no concern, just basically existing with their work uniform on. You literally have to go to the counter (no workers on the floor) to request you shoe size and wait 30-45 minutes for them to get it. One young lady sold my shoe to another customer that I asked about initially and played dumbfounded when I asked her about it. Being an avid member with finish line for over a decade, the workers here suck and I am displeased with the service here at this location.

Worst experience! I went to the Finishline at Katy Mills Mall for a refund. The sales lady was helping me, but got to the point where a manager was needed. She called the manager he came up never said a word, never even acknowledged me, just started typing on the register. So I said to him,”I’m fine how are you?” He said nothing, so I repeated myself. He said, “I’m not doing this today,” and literally walked off to the back where the shoes were and left me standing there. Also at the register was another sales lady who was waiting on him to give her a break. She became frustrated. The first sales person helping me came back to help me. She became frustrated because at that point she was the only person on the floor. Customers were coming up asking for shoes, she had at least 8 customers at the register bc the other girl left the front. All while the manager was in the back. So I asked for corporate number. While on the phone with corporate they requested the manager name bc the operator could hear what was going on. I asked the 2 female cashiers for the manager name a total of 3 times. The first one I asked once she didn’t give me his name. The second one I asked she asked me to hold on a moment. Then she gave me his name. After she was done helping a customer, while on the phone with corporate I asked her again to confirm I had the correct name, she completely ignored me and turned her back to me and started straightening shoes at the register. So I approached her again face to face and asked her again. She said that she had OCD and needed to clean up. Finally, I got my refund and left. To have a manager literally walk up and not acknowledge a customer and then walk off the floor and leave the customer standing there is completely unacceptable. The other employee had to ask for his ID number in order to do the return bc he refused to come out and do it. Will be doing a google review. The worst experience ever and I will never go back.

I give it 1 star because you can't do less. Bad service, I went twice and spent more than 30 minutes waiting for them to find me something and in the end I didn't even know what I had ordered. I told the girl 3 times what I wanted. At the end of the day I returned to the store and the guy ignored me, he only called me when I decided to leave the store. They play with your time and your patience

Im here right as I type this. My husband and I are here to buy some shoes, there are two women acting like they are working, my husband asked a lady if she could help and she told him with an an attitude to take the sgoe to her, I had to go look for someone else. Bad service

young lady with braids who works at the cashier have a extremely stank attitude and no type of good customer service we spoke to her and she literally turned away and continued to talk to her co workers as if we weren’t asking her a question get rid of her ASAP

If there is more than rude I give it to the store manager. Last of his priority is the customer he been busy and use other staff to talk on his behalf even the staff they rude too.
Store manager I talk about is Chris if there is other managers on this location. Other sales person he came and introduce him self as assistant manager and he just a sales man what a a corporate we talking about

Just drove up here to grab a pair of shoes y’all have and y’all closed 30min early!! Guy at the door had them locked up not lettin anyone in! Only 5:30!?♂️

Extremely poor customer service. Couldn’t get assistance to purchase shoes. Left and purchased at another store.

The mall opens at 11am and at 11:03am the employees are justing staring waving their hands no. They ignore the people outside the door and pretend we are not there. We had Google finish line inside Katy mills. It opens at 12pm, common courtesy would have been to open the door and say we don’t open until noon.

Ordered shoes, everything was perfect. They said it's gonna get to me at one date. Then, they said another date. At the end I didn't even get the shoes that I ordered. I hope they are gonna return the money. 1 star out of 5. I don't know whose fault it is. Finish Lines or UPS.P.S.- JUST LETTING YOU KNOW

Josh the store manager is beyond rude first issue was ordering online and received the incorrect shoe . I understand mistakes happen representative was very nice and understanding stated I can take back at store or ship it . The second I interacted with Josh he automatically had an attitude stating I cannot return in store and I can call who I need to but nothing he can do . While I was on the phone he was rolling eyes smacking teeth and taking his time to get back on the phone with the rep . At the end the representative fixed the issue and I got to return the shoe but the whole over all experience with Josh was ridiculous and uncalled for . I cannot believe he is a manger representing that kind of Behavior. Finish line you must do better at choosing someone who represents your company and to be a great leader for the rest of the employees .
