Extremely poor customer service. Couldn’t get assistance to purchase shoes. Left and purchased at another store.

The mall opens at 11am and at 11:03am the employees are justing staring waving their hands no. They ignore the people outside the door and pretend we are not there. We had Google finish line inside Katy mills. It opens at 12pm, common courtesy would have been to open the door and say we don’t open until noon.

Ordered shoes, everything was perfect. They said it's gonna get to me at one date. Then, they said another date. At the end I didn't even get the shoes that I ordered. I hope they are gonna return the money. 1 star out of 5. I don't know whose fault it is. Finish Lines or UPS.P.S.- JUST LETTING YOU KNOW

Josh the store manager is beyond rude first issue was ordering online and received the incorrect shoe . I understand mistakes happen representative was very nice and understanding stated I can take back at store or ship it . The second I interacted with Josh he automatically had an attitude stating I cannot return in store and I can call who I need to but nothing he can do . While I was on the phone he was rolling eyes smacking teeth and taking his time to get back on the phone with the rep . At the end the representative fixed the issue and I got to return the shoe but the whole over all experience with Josh was ridiculous and uncalled for . I cannot believe he is a manger representing that kind of Behavior. Finish line you must do better at choosing someone who represents your company and to be a great leader for the rest of the employees .

Rude employees and took forever to find an employee. Had us waiting a WHOLE hour for a shoe they were looking for that was already sold. NEVER shop at this FinishLine ever

They always have a better variety than the other major shoe stores, but no one to help get shoes and no one to check out. It back to school time and only 3 employees in the entire store????? Line is RIDICULOUS!

This location is horrible! Employees just standing around not even asking if anyone needs help. Brought my toddler in and they couldn’t even tell me what shoe size he was after putting it on their foot length meter. All employees should be trained how to measure someone’s she size correctly that’s ridiculous!I mean, this is supposed to be a shoe store, but the employees don’t even know how to measure someone’s foot correctly to get them into the right pair .. do better Finish Line!!!

Terrible female manager. Avoiding guests who need help. I wanted a Nike sweater that has a giant hitch right in the front of the plain white sweater. I was told this was the only size available and I asked for a discount considering the major flaw on sweater. She said she couldn’t do anything because “it’s only a hitch”. The customer service associate serving me was very understanding and felt bad but his hands were tied. I ended up buying a damaged sweater at full price because I was given no other option. Brutal.

Very unprofessional location the manager, Cameron was unhelpful and rude ,HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE i do not recommend this location ,I would recommend going to the galleria mall for a great experience and overall excellent customer service.

The manager( black American woman)who is working there was very rude and unprofessional! I went there to return my shoes right following day, she refused to be returned she claimed that they are dirty. I tried to put them on at store once I had never worn them outside. She gave me very unprofessional look and laughed at me behind. I have never experienced this kind of bad customer service. She must be fired! I got a return in different branch they had no issue!

I wanted to give a feedback at this store. I initially didn't feel inclined to give feedback as I gave the employees in the evening the benefit of the doubt as they were nearing the end of their shift and I understand how frustrating it is when customers come in when you're preparing the store for closure, but to come back the next day at a random time and have an even worse experience, I felt like I had to say something. Not only did the employees seem like they didn't have a sense of urgency, they also outright complained in front of the customers about how they have to actively do their job. The employees seemed to have no idea how to do a return when we were simply doing an equivalent exchange for the same item as well as having them take off a sensor off of some sweatpants they had failed to remove the night prior. I apologize for making a long complaint, but when the employees have to scramble to find their cashiers as well as when the employee is actively eating a pop tart in front of the customer as they are ringing them up, something has to be said. Also, hearing the employees talk about having to forge the manager's signature , "K.H." because he couldn't be bothered to walk up to the register. As much as I wanted to buy a bunch of stuff, I couldn't bother to stand there and wait make another purchase when the employees just stand there and stare at each other. Please retrain your employees or get new ones.

The worst experience I have encountered. A guy by the name of Isaiah who says he is the manager is the most unprofessional, arrogant person who does not know how to deal with his colleagues or his clients. He was very disrespectful to his colleague (black lady who was doing her best to help me, but I do not have her name)embarrassed her in front of all of us , refused to give me his name, looked at me sarcastically , was not even willing to help me in any way. How does your company put someone who obviously needs a lot of coaching in the front line like this? This is a shame. The worst part is that he contacted “the store manager” who interrupted the black lady’s transaction to refund my item and stopped her from doing it. It was a keeping score scenario. Shameful. I would like to be contacted further about this.
