Extra Space Storage
3433 Fry Road, Katy TX 77449
“This place is *wonderful* as far as storage facilities are concerned. Single floor, climate controlled unites, remote gate access via app are among some of the things that stand out. Most impressive, however, is the stellar customer service! Olga went out of her way to cater to our needs. So friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about company policies. I feel so blessed to have found this establishment … what a gem!”

“Mrs Teresa was so professional, kind, quick and well informed that made my experience top management level. For many people who need a storage is usually due to an emergency needs and not to have the additional stress that comes from dealing with most storage unit personnel at the front desk, this place is highly recommend. Teresa is great, polite and quick.”

“Quick and easy visit to rent a second storage unit. The place is very clean and onsite manager went above and beyond in customer service to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. I love that the entrance/exit gate is controlled by app on phone! Very competitive rates and we have never had an issue with security. We have had one unit for approximately 3 years and just rented a second unit. Don’t hesitate to rent here.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
19936 Saums Road, Katy TX 77449
“The only reason I moved out is because I moved 30 miles away to another greater Houston city. I had more interaction with the office staff when I first started renting. As time had progressed over the last five or 6 years ( it may have been even longer) I have not made as many visit to the unit. Unfortunately, there is not another location in my city. It has also been a true blessing because the rate was not increased every 6 months or so (unlike the new storage facility that I now have to rent from).”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
24984 Katy Ranch Rd, Katy TX 77494
“I had an excellent experience with U-Haul. The gentleman who helped us was extremely friendly, professional, and customer-oriented. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable before we left. When he found out we were driving a long distance to another city, he gave us an almost brand-new truck. The truck was very clean inside and out, and it drove perfectly the entire trip without any problems. Thanks to his excellent service, our move went smoothly. Employees like him make a real difference. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!”

Saums Road Self Storage
19936 Saums Road, Katy TX 77449
“This storage facility is undergoing a face-lift at the moment so don't judge a book by its cover, or at least that's how the saying goes. Recent plans to expand this storage facility to now have outdoor storage lockers available, this is the reason for all the construction that's surely going to turn away some people, but don't let it deter you this family ran storage facility still has the great management running behind the scenes, just contact them via phone and setup a time to meet if you can't see the forest thru the trees, they'll set u up.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
5554 South Peek Road, Katy TX 77450
“Awesome service! Very friendly and convenient. Had everything ready to go and covered all information quickly and enthusiastically. Note: this isn’t a u-haul complete service center… it’s a family-owned postal center that handles the usual copying, notary, shipping services plus has a very nice, eclectic assortment of gifts and other household decor, etc. The person who helped me was super friendly and enthusiastic. The fact that you can rent u-haul trucks from a neighborhood strip center like this is amazing! They were less than 2 miles from our home.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1492 Woodcreek Bend Ln, Katy TX 77494
“Self Storage was a great location for what we needed. My only issue was the mobile check out. It would be helpful if directions for mobile check out were sent in a link via text. This was my first time using the mobile checkout and it was very confusing. We had to call the U-Haul customer service line which made us late meeting our helpers that were loading the truck. Just a thought for those of us that are first time users.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Katy
20435 Katy Fwy, Katy TX 77450
“This is a great place with good people who do their best. Reserved a 12ft U haul trailer. Rented it. It was Clean and folks were very helpful. The double axel trailer provided a smooth ride. There were several hooks inside the trailer to secure your stuff. Lastly - remember to buy rachet straps that are 15ft or longer in length - they came in handy to secure our stuff. I used 3 of them and several ropes. Follow their instructions - they are good hardworking people.”
