“Jack has a great attitude and was very pleasant, throughout the setup process. The gulfcart ride, to check out my new unit, was fun and expedient; made me want to stand up and wave at the units we passed, like a Pope on Parade. ?
Fairly, I just signed on, but my first impression is that I am going to be very pleased, with my storage decision and the 5 star service, if Jack is any indication.”
“We have been here for a while and the staff is always great. Alta, in particular, was a life saver when we lost our lock’s key and couldn’t get into our unit. We definitely recommend!”
“Thank you, Wren, for helping me get into my storage unit! I had a little trouble getting in, but Wren was more than happy to help. She even walked all the way over to assist me instead of making me go to the front office. She was so kind and even brought me a bottle of water! I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help me. Great customer service! 😊”
“Went in to Cubesmart on Katy/Gaston rd. The gentleman at the counter named Wesley was very helpful, professional. Made sure I had all the information I needed. Keeps a very clean facility.”

“The Public Storage at 2800 FM 1463 in Katy is in a really convenient spot—easy to reach off FM 1463 near the Firethorne area with straightforward access and 24/7 gate hours. The whole property is impressively clean and well-kept, from the grounds and hallways to the units themselves. Everything feels organized and well-maintained.
Robin was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the first visit through move-in. She leverages her experience in Service Industry and recommended nice restaurants in the area as well. She answered every question and made the process simple.
The intro deals for new customers were a nice extra that made getting started more affordable. Overall a smooth, positive experience—I’d recommend this location.”
“Lawrence was an amazing help. He showed me what storage unit I should get and why he recommends it and then got back to his office and he got me all squared away and gave me some good deals. I definitely recommend going to him if you need a storage unit.”
“After traveling 17 hours and needing a last minute storage, Shay was absolutely wonderful at making the entire process so easy! She not only had me ready to go in less than 10 minutes but also gave me great recommendations being new to the area! It’s AC controlled which is such a plus and the entire place is immaculate. Highly suggest you renting here for peace of mind! Thank you again Shay!”
“Wanted a place for my rv. The storage is nice, plenty of room. Gravel ground cover, no electricity. However, the country roads leading here were too narrow for me to be comfortable towing a 40 foot bumper trailer.”
“Mrs Teresa was so professional, kind, quick and well informed that made my experience top management level. For many people who need a storage is usually due to an emergency needs and not to have the additional stress that comes from dealing with most storage unit personnel at the front desk, this place is highly recommend. Teresa is great, polite and quick.”

She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we found the right storage solution for our needs. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and secure, and Kathryn’s positive attitude made the experience even better. “I made the reservation for the storage unit I wanted online and paid for everything online. It was an easy experience. Once I arrived at the storage facility, I went inside to ask about entry and exit codes, location of my unit, and the lock that I was charged for. Gina was very professional, and friendly; she explained everything and made sure she had addressed all my questions before I left the office. I was able to get in the gate, go straight to my unit, and the lock and insurance information was there inside of the unit; it was seemless and smooth. I even called her while I was there and asked if she happened to know if there was anyone who could help my son unload the items from the moving truck into the unit and she reccommend someone, who was able to come and help my son. I call that amazing customer service! She went above and beyond what I expected & she saved the day for us! I am so very grateful for everything Gina did & I highly recommend this storage facility location because she works there! Gina made the whole move in experience seemless, smooth and stress free! Thank you Gina!!!”

“Alex and his team are great. Prices are good, and service is good. Only reason I remove a star is because it was said to be climate controlled... and instead is in a warehouse with fans pumping air throughout... but anything in there will get HOT, or cold. As long as you are aware of this, then it will be fine for you. We did have some mold in one of our units, a snake in one, and a bunch of field mice that made their home in our stuff. For the most part though, everything was fine. Alex was more than accommodating, and we will use him in the future.”
“I had an amazing experience with this Storage unit!! The quality was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Rick Westfall was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional he went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He always sent a reminder if I was late, I highly recommend using this storage unit to anybody who is looking for a storge unit it's worth five stars all the way !”

“This place is *wonderful* as far as storage facilities are concerned. Single floor, climate controlled unites, remote gate access via app are among some of the things that stand out. Most impressive, however, is the stellar customer service! Olga went out of her way to cater to our needs. So friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about company policies. I feel so blessed to have found this establishment … what a gem!”
