“Home Depot is always a lifesaver for me. The last time I went in, I was totally lost trying to figure out which lightbulbs I needed for my apartment. One of the employees noticed me comparing boxes like I was reading a foreign language and came over with the biggest smile. He explained everything in simple terms, helped me find the exact right ones, and even carried an extra item to the register for me. That little moment turned what could’ve been a stressful trip into such an easy, pleasant experience. With helpful staff, clean aisles, and everything I need in one place.”

“I took my 45lb Catahoula Leopard to get bathed at their pet washing station last week. It was only $9.95 and here are the Pros & Cons.
Pros- price, 2 washing tubs & drying stands, pet washing station is completely closed off from rest of store so if your pup jumps out of tub they can’t run through the store! Great selection of shampoos (whitening, demattting, citrus, deshedding).

Cons- the pet washing station floor was a huge muddy mess. I’m hoping it was a one time experience but it was disgusting in there! (See pics) The towels to dry off my dog were very rough. I didn’t even want to use them on me, they were so scratchy. The perfume options were minimal and looked gross (muddy).

Needless to say I will be going back to Pet Supplies Plus and paying more so my dog can have softer towels and it be a cleaner experience.”

“Omg home depot on hwy 6 and fm 529 they are absolutely ridiculous wow a hot mess I had to stay at the paint desk for almost 30 minutes to wait for someone to finally assist me wow ridiculous and there is no other customers even around they aren't busy at all”

“I came to this location on June 11, 2024 and was looking for a few items. The young man by the name of Mr.Ede who appear to work in garden tools was phenomenal! I said excuse me, and asked for help as he was up on a ladder doing something else at the time. I was looking for the spray bottles, and he came down with a pleasant attitude, not with an attitude, that I’m a bother to him. Then took me to another spot to give me other options. That’s not normal into days time. Mr.Kelvin in electrical and Mr.Kendrick were also phenomenal! Mr.Kelvin helped me to find the bulb I needed, that I was struggling to find the right one, and Mr. Kendrick directed me where to go to find what I needed. The young lady by the name of Ms.Esther was also phenomenal! She assisted with a pleasant attitude and said she would help when it came to working at the self check, to helping place items in bag for me. She had a very pleasant attitude, and made my experience a good one. Each one of these individuals done an excellent job, when it comes to providing excellent customer service.I live a little distance from this location, but have come many times, and I can say each time, I have been satisfied as a customer. I give each one of them 5 stars.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We went there and as soon as we were entering the store we were greeted and helped by every personnel we encounter. We needed help to load a heavy bench and we got it quickly. We needed cardboard to protect the window in our truck and a lady went all the way to the back to bring us cardboard. I saw other people being helped it was not only us being treated that way. They went up and beyond with every customer. They deserve 5 stars for doing a great job. Keep it up!”
