Bro. One star given to write the review. Had an accident and my car was taken to this place. 10 days later I get a letter that I owed over 500.00. Went there on Monday and they are scamming people. They would not allow me to get my car out unless it was by a tow truck with all the credentials. Would not allow me to go in and drive my car out either. What they also suggested was for me to leave it, give them the title and they would pay part of the money ($355.00) but still wanted $145.00 . Ohh and the rudness and unprofessionalism of the lady. So I ended up paying $40.00 to one of their tow trucks to drag my car 50 feet out the gate so that my tow guy could take care of it outside. SCAM ALERT. Wonder who's also in on this. (Keeping toughs to my self).

I've called and was told my car wasn't there when visible through the gate. Then told I have until 5 to pick it up, got there at 4 and told another day. Sign says debit or cash, and only accepting cash while everyone around accepts both. I called multiple sources, scamming people.

A friends car got towed last night. I understand the policy of towing. However, the man who was in charge this morning was ignoring my complaints about have been towed and not the car that was beside my friends car all night. TOTALLY IGNORED! No justification! I am not painted on a painting for them to have ignored me. The window setting they have is way tall that you can’t even see the person face to face and the let’s not forget the intercom that doesn’t work. Have better service! I will be making an additional complaint over the phone.

Oh if only I could leave zero stars. This place is operating under a license issued to one person, owned by another person, taking cars that are delivered by a tow company that had it's business registration forfeited by the state of Texas, and it's all the same guy that has had multiple companies shut down by the state. If you are reading this you're probably a victim too. File a complaint with the Attorney General consumer complaint and with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and make sure to ask for a tow hearing at your justice of the peace within 14 days.

The experience was deplorable in regards to customer service. The lady was extremely rude and had no ounce of personable skills. Definitely puts a very bad face and attitude on the business. Ready to blow up at anyone at anytime. Fortunately my Son whom had me on speaker phone stayed calm and talked rationally when she constantly threatened him even after paying that she would force him to leave without the car. Even after paying over $300.00 to get my brothers car out she wanted to charge us another $25.00 to jump the car and would not let us bring another car back to jump it they had to do it. Well it was not the battery and she started it and forced them to pay her $20.00 to leave with the car. Very disappointed in the wrecker service whom brings cars here.

This facility runs a scam by charging customers more than what the states regulates, not accepting other forms of payment other than cash, changing their fees out of thin air, and not making themselves available to open the facility to get your car. I had to called the sherifs department and 3 sheriffs came to the location to help me dealing with them. One Sherif told the women employee that in the last month they attend 5 cases like mine. The downtown sherifs department for towing and storage are working on an investigation against this place.This message goes to the companies and towing companies that uses this lot. Please take your cars to a place that its legit and people are treated with respect and honesty.

The lady on the phone was rude. I had to repeatedly spell out the last name to her and she said I was being rude.... I was like "no, I'm not being rude. I'm just repeating to you what the last name is".

Office Manager is so rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful woman I have ever spoken to. She tells you she is not stupid but she repeats herself to you over and over as if you are stupid. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU ARE SMART. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SPEAK TO ANYONE ELSE AND WILL NOT TELL YOU THE OWNERS NAME.

Clean facility, great security,,, but damn it was hot as hell in there... Felt like I was trapped in a sweatshop trying help my sister in-law out... I walked in the door and it was ok at first, till I got in the unit and started to move things around..... 10 minutes in there and I was already drenched in sweat. It was so bad, it got to the point to where it looked like I had just stepped out of the shower and forgot to towel off, yet still put my shorts and tank on... Word of advice, bring extra water, a sweat towel and a can do attitude if you're going to be there a while... Lol Other than that, it was a nice place and good location.

THIS DESERVES a 0!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is an extremely rude lady doesn't even let you talk all she does is just scream and she just kept saying to call before going to the place. But yet again we had been trying to call and the line kept saying it was disconnected. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!

Should be Zero Stars at best. Called on Saturday at 1250 to get my car out of storage left msg only to be told at 300 they closed at 12 and would reopen at 9am on Monday after sharing her trailer trash language (ie. cussed me out). I came in on Monday to find out I had to bring cash, cashiers check or money order for exact amount (no change given). The sign says they are 24/7 and must take cash, credit card or debit card and release the car within one hour of notice. When I questioned the sign, was told to get the F*** off my property without my car. Went to sheriffs office for assistance but was told they couldn’t do a thing. Went back on Tuesday and finally got my car with trailer trash attitude included. If you ever go here, be prepared for an abusive confrontation and pack your patience cuz Patience will test yours.

She was hateful, insensitive and explotative of my vunerable state after being in a horrible accident they clearly have a arrangement with the tow truck company that towed my car to another city and did not bother to ask me where I wanted my car taken after my daughter and I where in a major accident. They happily collected what I consider to be money made off people who are vunerable and disoriented with ZERO remorse. Human decency is non existant at this place but I learned a valuable lesson and will know better in the future. Do not allow them to do to you what they did to me. Avoid at all cost.

THE ONE STAR WAS GIVEN JUST TO GET THIS REVIEW POSTED, OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN GIVEN THEM 1 STAR!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. IF THE LADY'S NAME REALLY IS PATIENCE, THEN SHE NEEDS TO PRACTICE IT. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND COMBATIVE. WE TRIED MANY TIMES TO GET SOMEONE TO RETURN CALLS. THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAD TO SEND SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET ANSWERS. ALL OF THE SUDDEN THE BANK, INSURANCE AND US WERE ABLE TO GET THEM ON THE SAME DAY. SERIOUSLY, HAD WE BEEN GIVEN THE CHOICE, WE WOULD NOT HAVE USED GOBEL WRECKER SERVICE AND DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER WANT ANOTHER VEHICLE BROUGHT TO THIS STORAGE LOCATION. PROFESSIONALISM IS NOT IN THE JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!
