“Fry Washateria did an excellent service for me. My washer broke for 2 weeks waiting for parts, and I cane across their service from Google and surprised that they have the service where I can dropped my dirty laundry and they washed them for you, folded. This service saved me my time! $1.50/lbs is reasonable. They even have a free pick up and delivery which is another life saver for me during rainy seasons like now. Parking on the facility a challenge when I was there a week prior, but maybe because it was a weekend. But in general, it’s a 5 stars! Thank you for the service!”
“Great alteration service! I dropped off my son’s baseball pants to be fixed, and I was very pleased with how quickly they were ready. The fit came out perfect, and the service was friendly and professional. I would definitely come back again.”

“This laundromat is always a pleasure to use. They're located @Fry & FM529 which is a great location and is conveniently open 24/7. They also offer a wash & fold service.
The washers and dryers are always clean and easy to use. There's a spacious waiting area w/lots of seating, free WiFi, device charging and even free coffee.
Ana R does an excellent job and is always friendly & helpful.
Overall, a great place to get your laundry done. 5 stars.”

“Due to my personal situation that I was forced in that i won't post publicly here on FB, i was forced to find a laundrymat to wash and dry clothes and I started seeing ads in my newsfeed for Speed Queen Laundry about getting your first wash for free, so I signed up and I went to the Speed Queen Laundry on Milwaukee in Chicago (there are four locations in Chicago, this is the one furthest north) on Sunday March 8th, 2026 and I knew it was a coinless laundrymat in advance but I wasn't sure what the cost of the dryers were and it was nice, the attendant was sweeping the floor on a regular basis and the facility was clean! You can only use the free wash on the 40 pound washers (which are normally $6.25), they have 20 pound ones at $3.60 BUT I would download the Speed Queen App BEFORE redeeming the free wash code, trust me on this as I don't want to get the attendant i had in trouble....lol, but he did say on Thursdays they have penny dryers, I don't know if one does not have a smart phone how they will pay for washers/dryers but I'm sure there could be a way, there is a laundrymat I saw when catching the bus not too far away at Belmont/Milwaukee but as I said at the beginning of this review, a free wash caught my attention of going to Speed Queen Laundrymat on Milwaukee Avenue, thanks for reading this review!”

“The ladies at Pilgrim are always so sweet and they do amazing work! We've taken countless items in for cleaning, including a couple of things that had stains I had already tried unsuccessfully remove. They got them out with no issues! We've also had zippers and buttons replaced in jeans, and weird stitching in a shirt re-sewn. Their prices and service are great and their turnaround time is surprisingly fast. Highly recommend!!”
“Always do a good job. However, the prices are VERY. Even with a 25% coupon it is still about $3 per shirt. I never go without a coupon. I need to find another cleaners due to the extremely high cost.”

“I use them for all my cleaning. They do good work and are very consistent. I drop off and pickup, check out quickly, no hassles. They fix buttons that get broken. They notify me if stains don't come out. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. I am not sure why folks roast a company with one star rating on the internet over a 2 shirt misunderstanding. Not even the correct location at that.”

“Normally went to MW cleaners but the price isn’t worth the press. Spots cleaners did a great job and I look like a million bucks all the while saving $15 a week vs going to MW. I like a heavy starch and they know how to dry clean! Will be back and HIGHLY suggest!”

“I have gone to Stars Cleaners for 20 years. The owners are honest, friendly, great people who care about their service and the customers who walk through their doors. I don’t understand the negative reviews on here. I’m sure garments might be damaged once in a blue moon but I assume that’s the case with any dry cleaning business. They have never damaged or lost my clothes, however. Trust me and more importantly them.”
“I've used Magic Touch several times over the past year for suits, shirts, etc. I have felt that they've always gone above and beyond, but recently they became exceptional. I forgot to pick up my drop off before they closed, and needed my suit for a wedding, with a flight the next day at 630am - before their doors open. After reaching out Magic Touch coordinated to help me get my pick up after hours. Something not many businesses would do for their customers. Thank you Magic Touch for everything you continue to do.”

“It is a regular laundry mat, it's kind I f clean but definitely the bathroom needs more attention. They also offer dry cleaning and laundry services if you don't want to do it by yourself. The front washers are the biggest ones perfect for a big lad of clothes or to wash blankets and comforters. They have a machine to change dollar bills into quarters.”
