“First time here and I live 2 minutes away from here for 3 years. The owners are super nice and welcoming. My whites actually came out white and my colors actually look brighter not faded out. The prices are awesome and clothes look and smell amazing. Very clean and quiet. Where you actually put in the detergent, bleach and softener are super clean not full of mold and caked up detergents like other laundromats. Definitely found spot. A big thank you to the wonderful owners Veronica and jose welcomed me as soon as I walked in.”

“I can’t not believe how amazing Rob was, I came in with an emergency in the hopes of getting my sons shoulder pads fixed with in a few hours ( which I already new was an aggressive ask)
The seamstress was not in and Rob stepped in and used his amazing skills and helped fix my issue on the spot so that my son would have his shoulder pads for practice!!
This was above and beyond anything any place would ever do!!!

“A wonderful team that makes it so easy to use cloth diapers! We used cloth diapers and wipes for both of our children and the experience could not have been more smooth or flexible. Great customer service, great products (Noleo and Nest diapers), and they even deliver Gaslight coffee with our diapers.”

“I've been having to be on the move more lately so I've had to do laundry wherever is closest to me at the moment- that's made me appreciate this place a lot lot more!
1. The dryers work! A few might be out of commission sometimes but when they work, they're hot and dry your clothes. A lot of places i have to run the dryer for at least 30 mins and my clothes would still be damp.
2. The washers are clean. Other places have mold growing in the soap compartments.
3. They have rags and disinfectants for you to clean your folding area. This place was the first I've seen do that. Really appreciate it.

“My washing machine broke down and since I don’t like the one in my neighborhood I found this one .
It’s small but very well kept and quiet. The staff are helpful.The equipment looks fairly new and they use a card system. The bathrooms didn’t work but I never use them anyway but paper towels and hand soap to wash my hands would have been nice.
I met the owner who introduced himself and loaded the amount I spent on a Uber onto my Super Cycle card for me because I was a first time customer.
This will be my go to laundromat until I replace my washing machine lol! ?”

As an older person, this new technology is very confusing and I am beyond grateful to have been helped by Victor during my visit. Jackets are dry, fluffy and smell nice.”
“Fair pricing, my clothes came back so much softer than I thought possible and some had horrific dirt stains and a giant wad of gum stuck to the pants leg ( when to camping music festival, so you can imagine how dirty) and the clothes looked and felt brand new like nothing ever happened. Seriously, I would not have been able to get these stains out myself with the hard water, very impressed. Good discount too for first time.”

“This place is great. I have had many interactions with different people here. I used to go around to the side of the building and eat my slurpees on the chairs with my friends. One time I saw a nice old lady out there struggling to open a pickle jar and I felt bad. I also talked with a middle aged man about his trauma regarding his late wife, which was sad. This Laundromat has been a definitive location that contributed immensely towards my personal growth. Throughout all the highs and lows, Joan's Family Pride has been there. Overall, this laundromat should be serving Norwood Park, NOT laundry world.”
