No idea why this place has so many negative reviews. The staff was very helpful, and even offered to show me firsthand how well the hat cleaning wipes worked. She cleaned my entire hat & literally had it looking brand new. I bought the wipes immediately. Great service here, very friendly & knowledgeable staff.
