“I missed my change to do the survey but I really hope that the employees that helped me get some recognition! I was there on 3/25/23 and was looking for some new shoes that just dropped (the De Luxe Heel) , one employee told me that they wouldn’t have anything new like that which is fair with Katy mills being an outlet mall but another employee over heard me and asked what size I needed. Someone returned a pair earlier that day! It just so happened to be in my size and the color I wanted! Y’all were so kind to me even when I was overly excited over a pair of shoes. Thank you to everyone who worked that day!!”

“New to Katy so I was shopping for a new store. Had the privilege of buying a 20 gauge for my wife (home defense). I had some initial issues with the Mossberg. I dropped it off and they did the troubleshooting (no charge). They saved me the hassle of calling Mossberg and dealing with it. Super easy. They stood behind their product 100%.Additionally, it took a hard to source ammunition 20ga > 1oz. They assisted with sourcing and ordering.Highly recommend.”

“I practice at CricBase a few times a week with my brother and team members. I love going there after work to burn some calories and destress. The facility is very well maintained and the team is super friendly. It's a great place to socialize with other cricket/baseball lovers. The management hosted watch parties during the Cricket World Cup this year and served breakfast, which I think was a great initiative to bring the cricket fans together so they can have a good time. I highly recommend this place.”

“I had never been to a Bass Pro shop before my visit here. It's huge and has literally everything you can need for the outdoors. We came here on Easter, as my friend made a reservation to do Easter Bunny pictures. BP offers a complimentary print (with the option to purchase more prints) for each attendee which I think is awesome. After our photo shoot, we shopped around a bit. Lots of brands to choose from, and lots of fun things for kids. The staff were pleasant and the store was clean and well organized. I really like all the fish inside and all of the fun details and touches. I also appreciate the staff who worked on the holiday!”

Being a factory outlet, you can find good deals and discounts throughout the year especially on long weekends.The best part about Nike is the product quality. You can never go wrong when you buy the shoes here. The staff is helpful in checking prices of the clearance items. The store is always crowded on weekends.”

“Ever find yourself halfway to your destination, and you forgot to pack your swimsuit? Well, that happened to me on a recent trip to Galveston, where everybody was going to the pool and guess who forgot their bathing suit? I remembered all the other accoutrements: sunglasses, cute hat, flip-flops, sunscreen, and everything but, you guessed it, my bathing suit! Using my trusty Yelp app, I found a nearby beach place that sold bathing suits, and when I walked in, I was greeted by the sales person over the sound of large fans and classic rock. I tried on a bathing suit, but to my chagrin, these coconuts needed bigger holders. So I thanked the sales person and headed around the corner to Academy where I bought a two-piece front zippered top and matching bottom that looks like I should be surfing on a surfboard but if you know me, that is highly improbable. So I headed back to the hotel with a $91 purchase that I thought was overkill for a pool party and very unlikely for me to wear again. Once I got back to the hotel, it seems that pool plans were not going to happen and we were going straight to dinner. So your girl never got to wear, said beach outfit. She nice back home, a few days later, I looked at the bag with receipt inside, bathing suit pieces untouched, I decided to head to my local Academy to return it, and I wondered if I would have problems. When I walked through the door, I was greeted by security and he opened the bag and put a return orange sticker on it and directed me to a cashier who immediately scanned it And asked me no questions and the funds were immediately returned to my card, I just had to print my name sign and that was it. The easiest return ever. Thank you Academy and maybe this is my sign to take more active classes and maybe I'll go back and get that bathing suit after all lol”

“We went to Bass Pro in Katy to look at archery equipment. Angel the sales associate was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He taught us everything we needed to know about all the different types of bows, arrows, accessories. He helped us make an informed educated decision on what items to purchase. We were very impressed and thankful for all his help. We bought a lot of items because of Angel. We also got a large target. it was Christmas Eve. And we didn't feel rushed or pushed. He focused on us as the customers and helped make Christmas better. He exudes what customer service should be.”

“Went to this Billiard Factory 2 weeks ago for tip replacement on my break and playing cue. Jesse is the new sales manager who is super professional, polite and knowledgeable. I wanted my tip to be replaced within 24 hours and he completed the job within 2 hours. “I found the pair of shoes I was wanting to purchase online and it listed the outlet store as a pick up location. The store is a bit on the small side so I can’t penalize them for not having a ton of stuff. But for what they pack in there, they do an excellent job. They had BOTH pair of shoes that I was looking for online and they were both in stock as the website said (very surprised). The employees here are friendly and have no issues with helping you find what you’re looking for. The store was pretty clean. I would definitely shop here again. A++ ?”

The Fanzz is always up to date on products like kits, cleats, etc, it's family run which is awesome and they really care about customers and will engage you in footy know how that only the shop can provide. “This place has not only great work, but also amazing customer service! I had the craziest week and wasn’t able to pick up the soccer uniforms for my daughter’s team in time before they closed for the weekend. I didn’t know what to do. The team not only had a game on Saturday but it was also picture day. I reached out to them via Facebook Messenger and explained my situation. One of the employees came to the store to give me the uniforms and I got the uniforms in time for the pictures and the game. This was absolutely above and beyond the call-of-duty. I cannot be believe the lengths that they went to help me out. I am a new customer but also a customer for life. This place is a true gem ?”

“No O/N parking. Right turn onto PrimeWest from Franz Rd is tight. Truck entrance is the 4th driveway down on the right. Live Load/Unload is Lane 3 to the left of yellow median. Check in is fast and simple. Stop at the line and guard will come to you. I arrive 30 min before my appt. Got right into dock. Unloaded fairly quick. Receiving staff are courteous and have a sense of urgency, which is wonderful.”
