I went to get an iPhone 12. I checked with customer service the total price with tax was around $200, but the guy at this location was trying to charge me $275. DON’T go here they over charge.

Great customer service and everything well explained as an Authorized Dealer for Metro by T-Mobile. I switched from Boost and got my iPhone 11 with my Metro Bundle! Walked out of the place with all my accessories for my new phone thanks to Jesus.

Horrible store, stay away! Called and asked about a phone promo that was online and was advised it was $60 plus tax by a salesman named Jesus. Showed up and sales person tried to charge more than double ($150) stating I had to pay tax on the full value of the phone. I asked for a break down of the charges and they refused to show me what I was paying for saying their store "doesn't do that". How is a customer not allowed to see what they are paying for? He tried to write out a breakdown on post it notes with a whole bunch of added instore fees. Left and went to another store and was charged $60 out the door everything included with no issues. Shady business practices trying to take advantage of unsuspecting clients. Would give it zero stars if google would let me.

Worst customer service! I have gone 3 times and in those 3 times they have always screwed my account. Today I went in for a new phone for my daughter I specifically told the girl I DO NOT NEED A NEW LINE JUST THE PHONE! she said okay…why did I walk out with a third line and insisted for me to get the fourth line. Not only that, today is the 23rd and I have to pay my bill on the 28th so basically I payed one whole line for no reason. Smh?

Went in so sad after my phone went out right before store close. I was waiting on by a very handsome gentlemanNamed Moiz. Not only did I leave with a much better phone but a great deal on two more for my littles! Go see this guy top notch service!!

Couldn't make phone calls out or receive calls in. Also wasnt getting messages, or would get the same message multiple times. This had been going on for 4 days. Called MetroPCS about 7-10 times and also went to a store 1 time. Had to go to another store because could not get customer care. Hopefully phones work now.
