Metro by T-Mobile provides very good and great customer service. The staff is patient, polite, and all about the customers, taking the best care to help them find good options. They explain everything well and go out of their way to ensure customers get what they need, including phones, accessories, and the best deals. However, wait times can be quite long as there is often only one person working who is really hustling. Many customers are satisfied and recommend the location.

We walked in to get help with our phone and Juhi helped us out and also explained the offers we were qualifying for. We ended up getting 2 phones with an awsome deal!
