The cashier Mariah D made me wait for a full hour unnecessarily and forced me to call by phone and seek other means, when it was clear she could have assisted and resolved the situation right away. Instead of providing a solution, she complicated the process with an attitude that was rude, harsh, and lacking basic manners.
What makes it worse is that, even while witnessing the situation, the manager did not take anything into account nor made the slightest effort to step in or resolve it, leaving the customer without support.
Both clearly need further customer service training, as the way this situation was handled was far from professional.

I am a small business owner who is just starting. I am impressed with how Ms. April was able to educate me and save my company money. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases. It's great to know that there are still employees out there helping out small business owners like me.

If you can put up with the website (really clunky, poor features, inefficient and frustrating), you will get so e good deals. Decent amount of product avail for pickup too. HF better rethink their game...

First time I came to this store and I asked the girl if someone could help me. She said ‘yes in a min’ since I was waiting already for too long, I made sure about someone helping me so I asked her again ‘is the guy going to help me out’ then she said probably no. After I asked why did she say a min she responded all rude. I won’t definitely come back to this store AT ALL

DO NOT BUY ANY WARRANTIES, Service dept and 3rd party warranty is absolutely terrible BUYER BEWARE YOU WILL WAIT 6 MONTHS FOR ANY RESPONSE AND THEN WAIT SOME MORE.
