The prices for being an “outlet” are pretty high. A short sleeve lightweight summer shirt that I wanted was twenty dollars and that was thirty percent off. Won’t be back.

I had a bad customer service experience at Old Navy. After being in the store 25 minutes before closing, I went to try on 2 dresses 13 minutes before closing and the young lady said the dressing room was closed. Huh? I’ve been in here shopping.
Suggestion: allow for people already in the store to quickly try clothes on. Because I’m not buying until I see how it looks. Otherwise, just close the store 15 minutes before COMPLETELY!!!! ? Welp, they lost a sale of at least 3 items. Left the clothes with her and left the store!

This Old Navy is no different than the ones I have been in before. Except for the prices, that have definitely gone up considerably since the last time I was in one of the stores.
