We stopped in to the Stellar Bank, Katy Pin Oak location to cash a check. I 100% credit our 5 star review to Pamela Noftsier. Although the systems were slow, she kept us informed on that fact plus she was very informative on multiple subjects we needed information on. Her customer service skills are hard to find these...
