The Cape at Grand Harbor is a nice, beautiful, and very comfortable apartment community in Katy that looks clean and well-maintained. Residents love its location, with easy access to great shopping, dining, and the energy corridor. Apartments are super spacious and feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large closets, full-size washers and dryers, work from home space, and some have a kitchen island. The management team is amazing, kind, responsive, and always ready to help. The leasing staff is very sweet, attentive, patient, very kind, and very informative, helping to narrow down choices. The maintenance staff is professional, polite, personal, and provides incredible service, fixing issues quickly and being proactive. Community amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, and a pool area that is always clean, with cabanas and an outdoor kitchen. Holidays, especially Halloween, are organized perfectly for families and kids. It is a place residents absolutely love and can't wait to come home to.

This community is nice, looks clean/well maintained. The apartment the leasing agent, Katy, showed me was super spacious and perfect for what i want. highly recommend, Katy was very informative and helped me narrow down my choices.
