Although she is fairly new to the community, she has already made such a positive impression through her kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. What stands out to me most is that Alanna follows through on her word. That may seem like a small thing, but it means a great deal to me, especially when doing business with someone. If she says she is going to look into something or get back to me, she does. She communicates clearly, genuinely cares about helping, and makes you feel heard and respected. My experience working with Alanna has honestly been refreshing. She has made me feel much more comfortable and confident when handling matters with the property, and I truly appreciate the level of care she brings to her role. She has a kindness about her that is rare, and it is evident that she takes pride in helping the residents she serves. I sincerely hope her hard work and dedication are recognized because she deserves every opportunity and success that comes her way. Alana is a wonderful representation of what excellent customer service should look like, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.”

Parking is plentiful, the grounds are great and the community has been very friendly and respectful to each other. And I have to thank Kennedy Majid for a smooth move in. I only seen one thing wrong with the unit and when I mentioned it to her she got on it and took care of me. I’d recommend ??”

“I'm in the middle of my second lease at Soneto and I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Love my clean, modern, spacious apartment. The leasing team takes initiative and I feel truly cared for by them. Very personable too! Maintenance crew are patient with all my questions, quick to respond, and so sweet! Every time I see them we greet each other. : ) The complex it self is well maintained and located in the middle of everything you need. If I wasn't lazy, I'd walk to all the restaurants an Costco nearby. When my friends and family visit me they are amazed with the amenities. If I ever have to leave, it won't be my choice.”

“Well I lived here for 6 almost 7 years, Q4 2019-Q2 2026, and I can say the apartment are great. Management has changed few times over the year but office staff is lovely, even after moving out for four months they still remember me by voice and well spirited. They are doing there best and constantly trying to add more to the renting experience such as events for property renters and several for the kids.”

They definitely keep this place in tip top shape We actually haven’t lived here but are in the process of doing so. Still some details to work out. For the most part I’ve been working with Xavier Brown who has been great. The complex is clean, modern, and offers all the amenities you could ask for! After touring MANY different options, the Grand Reserve offers everything we’ve been looking for.”

“I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease for a second year. I love my apartment- even after a year I get excited coming home to my beautiful surroundings! The complex is clean and well lit with plenty of parking. I have never heard noise from any of my neighbors and love that the trash gets picked up pretty much daily. Repairs are always done in a very timely manner, even after hours. And I love how they do so many events for thier residents- there's always a food truck or a mimosa brunch to stop at to get to know the community. The front office staff is absolutely lovely and so helpful. I am so glad I found Elation and am excited to live here for another year!”

“We had a great experience living at Lakeside Villas at Cinco Ranch. The location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The area is also served by highly rated schools, which was very important for our family. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Any maintenance requests we submitted were handled quickly and professionally, which made living here very comfortable. I would also like to recognize Saja, the Community Manager. She has always been kind, professional, and very helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Her prompt responses and friendly attitude made a big difference during our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed living here and would recommend Lakeside Villas at Cinco Ranch to anyone looking for a safe, well-managed, and family-friendly community.”

“My family and I have been living at Nottingham for almost year now and can confidently say that this is a great complex to live in. It is very peaceful, very well maintained with a great management and maintenance team. One of the reasons I am writing this review is because of how awesome Heidi at the leasing office is. She has been a great help since day 1 of us moving in. She truly cares about the residents and the complex. Everyone else I have interacted with at the leasing office and in the maintenance team are also very helpful. Will totally recommend this place if you are planning to move in the Katy area.”

“I’ve been living here for three years, and while the maintenance team has always done a good job, they recently went above and beyond. My AC stopped cooling, and even though I submitted the request right before the office closed, they still came out to inspect it. They quickly diagnosed that the outside unit needed a replacement part, which wasn’t in stock. To make sure I was comfortable, they provided me with a portable AC and had the unit fully repaired the very next day. Huge thanks to Juan and his team for their outstanding service!”
