“I can't say enough how helpful the staff at Solea has been with our stay here. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and the complex is in terrific shape. Parking is plentiful, the grounds are great and the community has been very friendly and respectful to each other. I really enjoy the fast responses to my questions and the location is great for shopping and dining.”

And I have to thank Kennedy Majid for a smooth move in. I only seen one thing wrong with the unit and when I mentioned it to her she got on it and took care of me. I’d recommend ??”

“Best leasing team hands down! Thank you so much to Jennifer that got us approved by today after we put in our application yesterday night. We had such a bad experience at Tessa at katy which is the apartment complex next door to them. We had put in our application with Tessa NOVEMBER 23,2025 and still didn't have a response till this day. We went yesterday with Jennifer and explained to her out situation and she helped us! Even toured us with two apartments and we put in the application yesterday and got approved today! And we will be moving in by next week! So grateful that she helped us out in this stressful situation we are in! “We had a great experience living at Lakeside Villas at Cinco Ranch. The location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The area is also served by highly rated schools, which was very important for our family.
The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Any maintenance requests we submitted were handled quickly and professionally, which made living here very comfortable.
I would also like to recognize Saja, the Community Manager. She has always been kind, professional, and very helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Her prompt responses and friendly attitude made a big difference during our stay.

“Edit: Been hear for about a year and have no complaints. I want to specifically shoutout the maintenance crew! They are always speedy, do a good job and are so friendly. They definitely keep this place in tip top shape
We actually haven’t lived here but are in the process of doing so. Still some details to work out. For the most part I’ve been working with Xavier Brown who has been great. The complex is clean, modern, and offers all the amenities you could ask for!
After touring MANY different options, the Grand Reserve offers everything we’ve been looking for.”
“I have lived here for a bit over a year now, i have not had any problems so far. Everything has been clean and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues, especially when talking about the AC or heater. The staff is also very helpful. I have been helped by Denises out a couple times and she is vary nice and looks out for the residents, helping us out with any paperwork or any other administrative type activities.”

“New tenant experience — I had a million questions about lease options, move in dates, etc. and the front office made it so easy. I worked with Farin, Sarah, and Tatiana and they were all great. Very responsive and they quickly helped me handle some minor issues upon move-in. The amenities here are great, they have thought of everything. 10/10.”

“Resided here for 26 months and had an outstanding experience! The apartment was very nice and convenient, and the first-floor garage was ideal for both my vehicle and storage items. The staff was outstanding, friendly and professional, and all minor problems were immediately fixed with no trouble or concerns. Move out and final walkthrough were also super easy, friendly, and quick. If I return to the Katy area, I would definitely reside here again! Highly recommend!”
“I’ve been living here for three years, and while the maintenance team has always done a good job, they recently went above and beyond. My AC stopped cooling, and even though I submitted the request right before the office closed, they still came out to inspect it. They quickly diagnosed that the outside unit needed a replacement part, which wasn’t in stock. To make sure I was comfortable, they provided me with a portable AC and had the unit fully repaired the very next day. Huge thanks to Juan and his team for their outstanding service!”

“I've lived here for 2 years and am giving 4 stars. Overall, this is a great complex with a good vibe and a consistently quiet, peaceful environment. A special mention goes to Pablo in maintenance—he is a wonderful person. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher) and the AC are very old and need to be replaced. Other than that, everything is excellent. ❤️”
