“I have found it to be a great place to live. I moved in mid August 2023. I am a cancer survivor and I have found the community programs of exercise have helped me build back. The staff is great! Cathy assisted my move in by coordinating gathering some furniture. Many residents donated unneeded items, which was a help to me. There is a very good communications and immediate action on maintenance issues. I can personally say I have at least 50 new friends as a result of living here. Making new friends is a good way to not just sit around in your apartment waiting for something to do. There is always something.It is like a bunch of cousins that are all grandparents. lots of opinions but always with love.”

“I’m very happy with my apartment and how they run the property. They are very hands on, they walk the property and listen to what I have to say. They are very polite and I’m very comfortable with them in my apartment. They are always there when I need them and they always take care of my needs. They keep the property very clean and are attentive with what’s going on. We don’t have issues with break in’s . Very friendly and I’m treated with respect. I would recommend the apartments to my friends. The head maintenance I feel comfortable with him in my apartment he is very polite and respectful. Adrian, Olivia and Keisha have been very patient and helped me with my portal! I couldn’t have asked for anything more! I love it here and plan on staying.”

“Living in this apartment complex is a delightful experience! The location was so convenient, near shops and transportation hubs. The apartment itself was spacious, well-maintained, and had beautiful natural light. The gym and pool were fantastic amenities, always clean and enjoyable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the leasing office staff, Belinda and Mercedes. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries or concerns. Their dedication made living here feel like being part of a caring community. Overall, I highly recommend this place as a comfortable and welcoming home thanks to the wonderful team, Belinda and Mercedes.”

“I've lived here 8 years so here is my take.Pros: (1) The complex has not been sold once since I have lived here. Meaning we havent had to deal with changing payment methods, new management, or someone coming in cutting cost at the residents expense. There is something to be said for consistency. (2) The current apt manager is good. She follows up and is a resident as well so she has a vested interest in keeping it nice. (3) Maintenance has been really good. I've never had to wait for over a day for anything, even when an appliance has gone out.I read through the complaints and most are unrealistic expectations for apartment living or they aren't telling the whole story based on my experiences.Cons: Management tries, but sometimes it feels like they do not have a lot of options for dealing with residents who leave trash on the ground, lazy parents who turn small kids loose in the parking lot unsupervised and nuisance residents.Lastly, I do not recommend building 11.”

I've been here since 2008 since they opened brand new and I love it I had my kids grow up here and some of the kids who grew up here they family friends has came and went their grandchildren live here on the premises. Now I have my grandchildren here swimming here hanging out I love it is quiet and they have a little dog area to walk your pets. I think it's very private gated. It's very convenient it's around Banks stores shopping centers. You can get onto IT very easily and very convenient for everyone post office that's my plus I think it's very relaxing place to live for anyone and I'm very comfortable here . My son just reminded me Mom you've been here 15 years it's been that long.”

“Almost one year ago, Miss Ashley welcomed me warmly. When I entered and saw the beautiful surroundings, the swimming pool and the gym, I was stunned and immediately signed the contract and moved in. The property management here is great and they always respond quickly with repairs. Most importantly, they actively listen to residents’ suggestions and make the community better and better. This year, they replaced the lawn with a new one, laid cobblestones in the corners, and updated the original silly access control system. In short, progress can be seen every day. In fact, my company employees have been living here for 10 years one after another. I hope it will become better and better and hope to make more friends here.”
