“I recently brought my car to this NTB/Mavis location for four new tires and an oil change. I booked the appointment online for the tires and received a 50% off coupon for an oil change for purchasing four tires.
When I arrived for my original appointment, the tires had not yet arrived. The associate apologized and explained that tire orders can sometimes take longer to reach the store than the website suggests. I probably should've realized this, but the website made it seem like they were in stock. This part of the online booking process could definitely use a review.
That said, the team at the store handled everything extremely well. They rebooked my appointment and told me the tires should arrive the following day. They also promised to call me before I made another trip.
Around noon the next day, Julio, the store manager, personally called to let me know the tires had arrived and that they would be ready for me as soon as I got there.
Because of my work schedule, I needed a later appointment, and they were more than accommodating. Once I arrived, the team was fantastic—knowledgeable, straightforward, efficient, and very easy to work with. Even with four new tires, an oil change, and a needed alignment, they got everything handled pretty quickly.
I spent a good amount of money on this visit, but the pricing seemed very reasonable compared with what I had seen elsewhere.
Great team, great service, and a special shout-out to Julio. I appreciate you taking the time to chat with me while I waited!

Thought I would have to replace the sensor but Tristan informed me it is 2 pieces, sensor and valve stem so only the valve stem had to be replaced. I don’t think Pedro is a bad guy, he just needs to fine tune his customer service skills and realize each situation is unique and therefore should be treated as such. “I got a flat tire while I was driving on the highway 2 nights ago and I was able to get a spare tire and drove near car dealer places but they didn't have the size of my tire unfortunately. So next day, I was calling multiple places to see whether they have my tire size (175/70R13). It's an old one but some still do drive with that size!Anyways, majority of auto places didn't have but they can make it happen next day but costing a lot for one tire.But fortunately, I found this tire shop near my working location.I called them up and the kind staff, Mar. Pablo gave me all answers to my questions. They have one tire luckily available so I went and got my tire changed!The price was good and work was done quickly! I love it and I'll be back once I have an issue with my tire! And people own tires with 175/70R13, please do come and support the business! :) Keep up the good work! Cheers”
