I had a huge nasty nail in the middle of my tire and they were able to do a free tire plug or they call it a flat and did not charge me! I'm so grateful ! They literally saved me and had me back safe on the road very quickly! I don’t think Pedro is a bad guy, he just needs to fine tune his customer service skills and realize each situation is unique and therefore should be treated as such. “Half of the metal part of the valve stem broke off causing half the valve core to stick out. Thought I would have to replace the sensor but Tristan informed me it is 2 pieces, sensor and valve stem so only the valve stem had to be replaced. He could have charged me for a new sensor but didn't. Thank you Tristan for being honest, I appreciate it. I wish every business was like this.”
“Most RELIABLE and HONEST car care provider. I had an electrical issue in my car; no light on dashboard. I took my car at one of the most reputed car care in Katy. They said they will charge $250 to do a diagnostic check. I thought that is too high and then I took my car to Discount Car Care. They checked and found the fuse was bad. They replaced it and it was a total of about 30 minutes waiting time. They even said it’s a minor thing; you don’t have to pay. But I paid small amount. After that I trust Discount Car Care. I think they are the most honest people in the area.”
