“My pops was trying to get his truck home with engine issues @8pm as I was escorting him and unfortunately we got stranded 6 mi away from home. Spent 1 hr calling towing businesses that gave me outrageous quotes until I ran into WRECK-A-MENDED it’s in the name and I definitely recommend them. I called their office and they referred my info out to nearby drivers Mr. Tristan was 15 mins away & went the extra mile and passed down my info to Mr. Mo whom was closer; one light away from us. He was so professional and understanding of the shambles we were in, the whole process was very smooth and he parked the vehicle perfectly in the driveway. I’m beyond grateful for the services. The urgency to assist those in need is immaculate! Now I know who to call when I need a tow, thank you!!!!”

“I had to pull over because my tires were smoking, and I wasn’t sure what was going on\. I ended up needing a tow home, and while I was waiting for the tow truck, I was sitting in the office completely worked up and stressed\. The desk lady came over and offered me candy, popcorn, and water, which honestly meant so much in that moment\! She even offered to take a quick look at my tires to see if she could figure out what was going on\. It’s the little things like that that can make such a stressful situation feel a little easier\. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help\. 🥹❤”

“Electra solved my problem due to my own foolish choice to not verify the address before pick up and I came too far out. She still got me what I needed and made me feel completely taken care of. She exemplifies the essence of customer service. She needs to be the corner stone that all employees conduct them selves. A huge shout out to her and helping this stressful situation. Thank you again Electra and God bless you!!!”
