Mr. Gabriel and Mr.Singh is always very helpful. Every time I have a regular mail, I make the effort to say hello to them both and they are always willing to take the post by hand instead of asking me to use the out going mail slot. Thanks for such a positive attitude and being always pleasant to customers.

This place is always busy it seems. They need to build a little bit bigger one for old Katy.

15 people in line. drop off boxes for prepaid parcels locked. no clear indication I can just walk to the desk and drop it off (despite looks of everyone in line). At least they’ll take them, not like the katy annex. what a mess
