With the access point I have to do packing and labeling of the Amazon. So other choose UPS store location where I don’t have to do the packaging labeling, and as much easier the one on the 9711 Mason Rd.

You can use this location if you have printed your UPS labels and package is ready to go.
They don’t accept Amazon returns here for the new feature where you dont need to print labels. That facility is available only in UPS stores and not for the UPS access point.

Customer representatives were helpful. They were very responsive to questions and gave good directions
