“I had a shipping/mail day to be reckoned with. The post office had a wild hour-long line. After reaching the counter, I was told that I needed to provide my own box for the returns I needed to send out. They recommended 1/2 price boxes. I literally laughed because I had passed this store thousands of times over the years but never actually thought I would need to walk in. Salvatore was quick to work with me. He walked me through my box needs - he even measured the items to make sure. He could tell I was stressing about time so he even offered to help me tape the box up. I really appreciated the time, the attention to detail, and the customer service he provided. I never thought I would need their services until I did - and they delivered big time for me (no pun intended.) Thank you!! 10/10 I’ll be back for future needs.”

“The staff is very pleasant and eager to help. Best of all, the wait time is minimal, even when it’s busy. The store offers lots of stationery and packaging items and cool gift ideas, including Lego! That was fun to see. The place is super clean and there are no chemically infused room sprays which makes the shopping experience even better. The store is well organized and user-friendly. You’d be happy to drop off your packages here. They also speak Spanish and that’s a big plus.”

“This place is quiet new and a little bit unknown but its underrated. The customer service is excellent, and friendly and the prices can't be beat. Not only do they use FedEx, usps, ups, and Amazon but you get so much better deal than if you would have gone to usps, ups, or FedEx. More people should know about this and try this place. Won't be dissapointed.”

Doors locked, computers shut down, etc. We were headed out of town and didn’t want to cart are boxes in the car with us. The manager on duty opened back up for us and got us taken care of.
