The UPS Store I visited today is always busy, but the line goes really fast. I highly recommend this store, it's the only one I use now.I used their notary service and overnight mail today.Monique is wonderful. She handled everything we needed done today expertly and quickly. Monique really has great customer service skills. She's a 10 out of 10! Thank you for wonderful calming demeanor and pleasant personality. I won't go anywhere else.

DO NOT GO!! The worker lost my package and didn’t scan it properly or give the correct receipt. I had asked twice if it was the correct receipt and she half looked at it and said it was. When I went to complain to the manager he was SO rude and unhelpful. I asked him to reach out to the employee or to help me in any way and he said he was too busy. He was already dealing with another customer who they had done the same thing. Please please please if you have something of value or important drive the extra minutes and go to Mason location or any other location. It’s been a headache dealing with them and UPS claims. ** also the “profanity” the owner says I used was a word I was speaking to my husband about that was in Spanish and because he was unaware of what I was saying he began to accuse me and belittle me and I had to translate and correct him. I did not offend anyone that was present in the store. And he actually DID speak to me, after not just my husband, once he realized I wasn’t being offensive to him. PLEASE do NOT go to this store. He refuses to help people and lied about “wanting to show footage.” He never offered because if he had he wouldn’t have waited and tried to help out in that moment. AGAIN if it’s something super important save yourself the trouble and drive the extra mile to ANOTHER store

As others have said, management is unprofessional and rude. They also LIED ON MY GRANDMOTHER and said she hit a customer when she did not. He also changed his story twice lol.Before he tries to lie (again) in the reply to this review, this was the situation: My grandma was shipping me a package. I provided the label. I explained to her what has been explained/confirmed to me by various UPS locations in multiple states - They can take the package, but they can't scan it or give a receipt so I can just drop it off next time (on the ground in the pickup area). This is why I am fully aware of how it works and to this day I still ship USPS with UPS. I've never had an issue at any location and I have been to MANY. He could have simply explained that his specific location will not accept USPS (because he claims they lose packages which sounds like an issue specific to this location. I haven't ran into this at any other location but I digress.) and that would've resolved the confusion.Anyways, I called to politely explain the reason for my grandmas confusion. He wouldn't even let me talk and hung up in my face. Unfortunately, he is a very unkind.It's always very telling by the way a business responds to negative reviews whether the customers or the management is the issue. As you can see, this place is unprofessional even when replying to reviews so I rest my case. Bless you. Hope your life gets better so you don't have to be so miserable and mean to an old lady and your other customers.

Just this past weekend I went to UPS to return a few items to some online stores and Ariana was the person who helped me with all my return packages. She’s very sweet and helpful! I had an amazing experience thanks to her. Thank you Ariana! I hope I see you again (:

Ariana made what seemed like an overwhelming task, a beautiful experience of shipping two UPS returns that I had.She did it in less than 5 mins! She already knew what I needed before I could make a complete sentence. She was like a machine, but with heart and a smile! Thank you Ariana, you rock!

Please, Do not pay inside to this store. They will charge you the highest price. unprofessional.I send my time sensitive documents from this location to Pakistan. Its been 15 days its on the way.First, lady behind the countrr charged me double the price of the pakage over $107 to use the usps service, and she picked the wrong priority mail service to send my documents.second she miss handled the package, that caused my package to be in transit.Please, when you go to this store check the prices online, i would suggest from my experience avoid this location as she lied to me at the time of shipment to make their store extra money.Thank you to this store.

RACIST!! Do not visit this store if you are from another country. Because their employees look like Hispanics but they deny you service if you are Hispanic. Let's remember there are many stores with a notary where they know the laws and they are friendly and have better service, it is worth mentioning that on hwy 6 and 10 there is another UPS store and the service there is great and relaxed, for those who live in this area it is worth it It's worth driving a little further so you don't consume in stores where they give you bad treatment. ?- Can someone explain to me why they processed my documents with the notary in another store? Having a passport from another country... in this Store they don't know about LAWS. Replying to your answer below. They are IGNORANT and RACIST!
