This is an extremely slow post office. The ringer to the pick up window you can knock the door for 20 minutes and they won't open. When you ask the car person for help they are useless. Worse post office I've ever been to

What happened to this location!? I got many mails lost recently! I registered USPS daily informed delivery and regular check email on daily basis. One day I asked the postman I didn't receive my mail which was supposed to be delivered two days ago. He said that informed delivery email is not accurate and wait a few days it will be delivered. Now it is 5 days later and i still don't receive it.
Again, there are supposed two mails to be delivered today, but I only received one! Why it's so rediculous!?

The most horrible experience I have been behind them for more than 3 days for a package that could not be delivered and they tell me that they are going to deliver it the next day and then the next day they say that I have to pick it up and I wasted a lot of time in that store no longer I don't even know what to do, they should take action on the matter

Worst post office in history the people are the pick up mail section are the most terrible human beings. They take their time to come to the door and keep you waiting for hours. They keep laughing at the back while you wait and she is very very rude

Lack of commitment and compassion. Sara was working by herself and she waited until 2 hours of my appointment to tell me that we all need to reschedule our appointment.

The worst in service. I arrived at the door at 3pm to be given new keys, it was 5 o'clock and they never opened the door. They play with people's time.

Yes, if you get there after 3:45 on some days especially during holidays, there will be a long line. But the staff, Iāve encountered have always been professional, knowledgeable and courteous, unlike other locations I have frequented. I just want to say I appreciate them for their hard work and pleasantness. Iām sorry I donāt know individual names for shout-outs.
