The black lady in the glasses is rude! They won’t give you any service if you have a QR code. My code did not work at the self service which is why I stood in the full service line.

Expect to wait a very long time if you have an appointment for your passport. They are not in a hurry to help you even if you have an appointment.

I know nobody there care about the 1 star review but just gave them 1 because their service is terrible 🫠 thanks to myself for making the right decision and moved my PO Box to UPS.
