Can the USPS just shut down? Like seriously I have been at my current address for 12 years and every year I have issues! I told Amazon if my packages arrive USPS that I will cancel my Prime membership! I never use the postal service because they are incompetent and ineffective. I would rather pay UPS or FedEx over the postal service any day! This is just another government ran agency that is an absolute joke!

EXTREMELY RUDE WOMEN AT THIS POST OFFICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. This is the absolute worst place to get any kind of service. ALL the employees here lack any kind of respect for others. The employees will become belligerent simply for having to do their job. They are incompetent to handle the task required of them at this establishment and will treat you like an inconvenience. Choose a different post office if you are reading this and save yourself the headache of dealing with individuals with low emotional intelligence.

Most of the staff is rude, slow as molasses and not helpful. You can expect the bare minimum. Carlette is the exception. Very nice but it does not rub off on her co workers. I have had 3 packages disappear from the Katy Westgreen location. Go elsewhere.

I’ve been waiting to get my mailbox key, was told in person after paying $50 that it would be 4-5 weeks and I’d get a call. It’s been more like 8 weeks and still nothing, I try calling and no one ever answers. I go in person and just keep getting told they will call me when it’s ready and they don’t know when that will be. This is crazy! I literally am not able to get any of my mail because of this.

The old lady at the counter need to go away!! She treats customers unprofessionally. You need to remind her that she gets pay for the service that the consumer pay for. If she does not like the job she needs to find something else to do

Worst post office. Waited two hours past my passport appointment time and ended up leaving. The workers there are beyond unhelpful and rude.

I would love to see a change at this location. It's long overdue. This is, by far, the most unethical, non friendly, careless, negligent, lazy, improperly trained/skilled, rude staff of ALL time that lacks simple, common courtesy and emotional intelligence. How many 1 stars are needed before we see a change here at this location. Loosing mail, blaming each other for shortcomings. No one here EVER apologizes or sympathizes. No one is obviously being held accountable. They just shrug their shoulder like they don't care. The supervisors/post master are disgustingly rude as well. It's a trickle-down effect. Stop playing with people's mail!!!!!!!!!

On 03-28-24 at 4:30 PM I walked in to the post office to mail some packages, there were no supplies available and when I politely asked one of the ladies working at 4:30 pm on 3-28-24 if they had additional boxes in the back they could provide so I may purchase it, the lady was rude and said all they had was what was in the front and that I needed to bring my own supplies. once I proceeded to go and mail one of the boxes I did have I asked kindly if the lady could please provide me with some tape for the top of the box, she said I had to purchase a whole tape, the lady that assisted me was rude from the beginning and now seeing the reviews I see this is an ongoing problem for this location and I will file a formal complain.

Sorta Helpful if you go inside but I feel like any Govt job, they hate being there and dislike the idiots in the American General Public and in turn you get City Service.My Main Problem which is 0 Stars, is they don't pick up the phone! I tried called from early morning for an hour and kept getting hung up by the automated system. I gave up and am unable to get my mail, that is now being held ransom in a box that the lock doesn't even work!

There are lazy, slow, unprofessional staff. We are waiting for 3hours, the passport agent late for 1hour then appointment time, nearly 45mintutes to handle one appointment, then chatting for 15 minutes…

Passport service is the worse you can imagine. Plan to be there about 3 hours or so because they do NOT honor your appointment time. They will take all the people in line sending packages and will tell you to wait regardless of your schedule appointment, and that wait will turn into hours. So, if you go with kids, be ready.
