If you want to get your credit score ruin, then this is the service you should get. They are so unprofessional that they never called us to let us know that we had remaining amount left of $129. We discovered it after we saw our credit score drastically drop. We went to them and said they made a mistake.. this company should be sued for there such patheticness. Go on the google and search as to how much people complained about them ruining people’s credit score.. please never take their service, im warning you they will ruin it all for you.

I want to say thank you to the two amazing employees that work here. Veronica and Ladarius the manager made my experience a great one. They both have great customer service skills and know how to be attentive and also knowledgeable of their customers. I came in with an issue but left with a solution. They listen and knew what products and services to offer me. Thank you ?

I went to this location yesterday because I couldn't active my new phone I got online, Veronica was the person who helped me snd took the time to called assistance because there was an issue with the new phone and she couldn't activate it as well, the representative in who she called was not a lot of help after trying a few things she said we will send you a new phone and in the meantime you can use your home wifi like I work from home? I needed my phone or even my old phone but this lady that was on the phone with Veronica couldn't help us, so Veronica took the extra time to try another thing in her end and she was able to send me home with my old phone working and activated, thank you to her I have a phone for work and do what I need to do until I get my new new phone, great service by Veronia. Thank you again

At store and two employees stood out. I was assisted by a manager Ladarius - who is not only very professional, he's also a **really good human. I able to purchase a new phone, get apps ported over, Ladarius treated me professionally and showed kindness when I was at the store a while. Another staff member who stood out is Tristan - his customer service and manner of trouble shooting issues is exceptional making him an asset to any employer!

2 days of hassle for nothing. I made an order online that got blocked and I was told to complete order at the store. I went in and they said the promo I was trying to get was online only so they sent me back to website. I made a purchase (funds deducted from my account and SSN and DL provided to Verizon) but then the order gets canceled by Verizon for lack of verification. The email gave me a number that put me on hold for nearly 2 hours. No one answers so I go back to the store and of course they can't help. All they can do is talk to you like you don't have a clue and tell you to call the number again ?

Horrible location. Needed a new phone since mine crashed. They were quick to sell us a phone but once I said we didn't need all the extras they said they couldn't even activate the phone for us. We needed to do it at home. Don't go here.

I wanted to transfer my AT&T number into Verizon. Tried multiple times to do it through their system and it was not working so I called support and they told me to go to a Verizon store.Got to this store, told the representative the problem and he told me he could not help me at all. Told me that they don't scan IDs and they cannot send my ID... basically told me to go away.Obviously they don't seem to want my business, so I will never go back to this store again, WORST customer service ever!

These guys are top notch. I switched carriers after many years and the upgrade in customer service and actual cell service is awesome! Cory did a great job at this store and got us fixed up. The wait is minimal, but that is difficult to tell from the outside because the parking lot is always full for the surrounding businesses. Great store, great service!!

This is the 3rd time I come to this location and they closed early smh and it's not 5 minutes early. It's always 10-2.0 minutes before the store closes. This always happens here. Smh

Very nice location, walked in and was greeted promptly and they listened to my needs and offered many options to solve my questions. Overall I left with exactly what I needed and felt very pleased with the service, products and options I was presented with.

Horrible customer service, they’re all on their phones and the store was empty and we had to wait so long to finally get attended (because they were texting)and I’m sure they didn’t know what they’re talking about. I was so close to switching over and I didn’t because of that.

Refused to return a faulty watch after I talked to customer service and was told I could return it at ANY location. Horrible customer service!!!!!
