Worst company. They have horrible signal. Phone has so many issues. When They say your getting a " free phone " for adding a line it's a complete scam and there no contract is a lie your stuck with them until your "free phone" is paid for

The worst of all the Verizons, I am not one to leave a review but today my experience was HORRIBLE, they left me waiting for 40 minutes and when I asked if they could assist me they told me that the only person who spoke Spanish would vacate in 40 more minutes and I told him in English ?? And they didn't really tell me anything, I take it as a racist act. I won't go to this store again. The worst thing is, I have 10 lines with Verizon, I'll change.

I came in about a week ago because I was having trouble with my phone and my plan. It was so very frustrating. I was helped though and everything turned out great, very grateful and appreciative. The manger, Moe, was really helpful and very clear with everything. Thank you Verizon.

I went in today agitated and frustrated as my service was off and I had no idea why. Keba greeted me as soon as I entered the store. She was very kind, patient, and professional. She turned my experience with Verizon around as I was ready to find a new provider. Thanks Keba!

Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. I went to this location because it is closed to my home and because it was suggested by the bill support team in order to my bill situation resolve. Nevertheless, the younger gentleman that tried help me at first he had not idea how to help me so he had to go to ask someone else for help, which it is understandable. However, when I requested to speak to the manager, assuming it was the older gentleman answering his questions, another younger gentlemen shows up saying he is the manager and that he cannot do anything to helped me that I needed to call the bill department; after I explained to him they asked me to stop by the store because you will be able to see additional information that they could not over the phone. So, I offered we call together the bill department, he said not he cannot call what he can do it is just to provide me with their phone number, “you know what I am saying” he said!Interesting is the fact that the person that was helping the first young man never came out after he went in the back, instead another kid came out to just basically send a message that they cannot help me.I am very surprise how a company as large as Verizon will not have people properly train or at least customer service oriented. Second, I am surprise to see there is a “manager” with zero people skills.

Moe was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us with upgrading our phones and getting a couple issues resolved. If you want a great customer service and experience go here and talk to Moe. We went to our store at Alliana and that guy was rude and didn't want to help us at all. We almost went back home. So Alliana store lost our business. We decided to call this store and I'm glad we did. Got what we wanted in a short time and super happy. Good job Moe!!!

Probably worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to this store twice because it’s the closest to me and both times I had to end up going to other location. I don’t recall the name of this young kid they have working there but it’s honestly ridiculous how bad of a agent he is. He doesn’t help you at all, just stands there waiting for you to figure stuff on your own and it’s on his phone on the meanwhile. He basically told me I could order something online with my own phone and just walked away when I’ve already spent 30 minutes there and they were the ones that messed up with what I ordered.No clue why the store it’s always packed, it’s because they’re clueless on how to help customers.

May want to change and add. Gave my phone number not making a purchase or change. They would not help me at all unless I showed I'd. Verizon said that was not how it is supposed to be done .
