May want to change and add. Gave my phone number not making a purchase or change. They would not help me at all unless I showed I'd. Verizon said that was not how it is supposed to be done .

Terrible customer service at this location. I just left there trying to get a new phone for my son. One customer other than me, and three people working. The manager barely acknowledged me and said she couldn’t help me until the other rep was done. She told me the wait would be awhile. No thanks I’ll take my business... read full comment

The Verizon data/5G/LTE signal in Katy has been abysmal for a couple of months now, all my family, friends, and colleagues agree. My favorite part is that if you submit a support request, they’ll respond quickly, but you can’t respond back because the submit button doesn’t work on pc or mobile in any browser.
